Quest Diagnostics

I arrived at 7:05 as a walk-in and was taken back for annual employee drug screen. MARGO was exceptionally kind, polite, professional, knowledgeable and fast. The whole process couldn't have gone any better, i was in and out in plenty of time for my shift. Easy self check-in stand, and the patient's first name and last initial was displayed on a TV screen indicating where he/she was in queue.
The only negative I might say is limited hours of operation with a 1 hour closure for lunch which might be problematic for some.

Responsive. Answered my questions and got my business account opened in just a few days after I sent in the paperwork.

Not impressed! The technician who worked with me was both unsanitary and unprofessional. She handled my drivers license and typed on her keyboard in the same gloves she'd handled my urine sample in, and kept addressing me as "honey" and "dear." Ugh.

Very fast, I walked in and was seen immediately. The woman who helped me was named India and she was incredibly kind, entertaining, and professional. I've had bad experiences at other locations but this time was seamless. Thank you quest!

Thank you Sandy at Quest for a successful lab draw on a squirmy, scared, two-year-old. When the hospital lab failed, you came through for us and made it as least scary as possible for my little boy. I couldn't believe how he sat better for you than at the hospital's lab. Especially after they were poking him several times! Thank you for allowing him to sit on my lap instead of making him lay down on his back. He loved the bubbles afterward as well! Also, easy in & out and more personable than lab staff at hospital.
