My wife and I used Robert to purchases a home on short sale in 2011, and he was excellent. Patient, thorough, kind... everything you would want in a rock star agent. We visited several properties over multiple weekends while we looked for a vacation home. He walked us through the complicated short sale process, and made it simple.

We had such a great experience on the buying side, we used Robert again when we sold the home in 2016. He helped define the marketing strategy and Robert sold the home on the first weekend it was listed! He did not stop there though, once we received an accepted offer, Robert assisted with a lot of repair/permit issues needing to be closed in order to close escrow on time. He went above and beyond in assisting with closing out all issues. Highly recommend to use Robert, and will use him again if I were to purchase in Lake Tahoe again.

He spent the time necessary to make the MLS listing perfect so it would reach the most potential buyers. Within a week of the listing going live we had an offer, we made one counter and it was accepted. He helped us negotiate the sale of much of the furnishings to the buyers and helped me coordinate with local shippers for the items we wished to keep.
