Rooster

I haven't been here during the evening when it opens as a pub, but I have been in here a few times during the afternoon when it opens as a coffee shop. Red Rooster is located on a quiet side street in Berlin and is a wonderful place to catch a cup of coffee on a hot summer's day with a few good friends. The seating is comfortable, coffee is affordable and the service is quick and very friendly. Recommended!

Just okay. I like their smoking room. Lots of couches and lots of space, but the music is just sort of eh.

I like how everything is red.

Mostly a good place to go and hang out with friends and have a conversation. Not really a "dive" party bar I would say. Its pretty low key. Decent for a weeknight out.

this is a nice pub, somewhat out of the way of the other f-hain hot spots, where you can meet some friends for drinks and talk. not too loud, too smokey or too $$$

This place sucks. I was invited to a private party here and was trying to have a good time despite the very mediocre music. It wasn't so bad, but I went out for a cigarette and decided - since you are not allowed to take your drink outside - to buy a Club Mate at the Späti across the street. While drinking it and enjoying my cigarette, the bar owner came by and took my bottle without asking. I asked him why and he said it was because he didn't make any money on it and I was on his property (despite the fact that the bar doesn't sell mate...) Due to my disagreeing with this being an acceptable way to treat ones customers, I was thrown out of the bar. Don't come here. And please don't spend any money here.
