Ross Dress for Less

I can't believe what I saw here this afternoon. This is my local ross never had issue here and shopped here a lot. My friend and I at shoe section and employee in front of fitting room flew into uncontrollable rage. Swearing yelling just outrageous behavior. 2 cashiers in tears. We wanted to leave but there is only 1 door out and we would have had to pass him to go out. It appeared a manager was trying to calm him down no success and I feel he should have called 911. We moved to the back of store both of us figuring how to get out safely and here he comes stomping down our aisle and swearing at me as he passed. Horrible behavior frightened customers and Noone did anything. As a manager how can you let someone act like this and not address issue? Never again. We won't go in there. The guy is loose cannon

Not a bad place to have a Ross at. This is a good location especially if you're looking for something for the beach or some beachwear real quick if you left something.

Too many skinny jeans and low waisted, no crotch jeans! I am 54, have a bit of a belly, and need jeans i can pull up!

I loved this store.It is very cheap and affordable I have been going to this ross for my whole life.The staff knows me and loves me too.I don't understand why you guys are jealous and big haters.You don't know how to appreciate this good and not that ghetto ross.

LISA is a wonderful staff member who works at Pacifica Ross. Lisa is a very kind lady and I've been shopping with her 4 years. I only buy stuff when Lisa is there. Man, I hate shopping, but Lisa tells me yes, or no. HATE shopping. I shop in a half-hour flat. I dunno, but it sucks. Consequently, I can dress like a super dork And bag lady look.

Lisa to the rescue. When she's here, I always leave with a big bag of great outfits. She has great taste. Lisa is honest and tells me if the outfit looks good or BAD. Hell, I'd be naked and afraid, if Lisa weren't there. Plus she chats about life. Gem.

Unfortunately this place is more empty every time and I understand they may be under staffed and take longer to help everyone if it's busy..but it's one thing to be busy and ring people up as fast as possible and it's another to keep people waiting in the return line while there is no one in the regular line at all.

I've been there when it's busy so I understand they may take a while but i was there recently in the return line and it was super slow they ignored me after they were done ringing up the three people in line. They decided to wait untill more people showed up and got in line. I thought it was so rude and unprofessional and decided to leave the few items behind and walked out.

Very regular to every other Ross. Great to go here for basic needs and is much cheaper than anywhere else even Amazon usually. They do not just have clothes but also car accessories, furniture, kitchen things, and much more. Nice to walk around and see what you never knew you needed. They are open during quarantine and I've never seen a line.

We were close by so I nipped in to get some socks and underwear for my husband and son. I saw the large selection of pillows that they were selling. We had some guest coming over in the weekend and we were in need of some pillows. I bought two for a good price and pretty good quality. For me, Ross is one of those stores that sometimes I can go in and get lucky and find exactly what I am looking for and other times I just get lost and confused with all the mix of products and styles that they have

This Ross in Pacifica is tucked into the Linda Mar shopping center with Safeway and an L&L BBQ restaurant among other stores. The location is nearby one that is very scenic. The fog rolls in early here. The layout is somewhat different than most other Ross locations and it is a bit smaller as well. There is the main part with the usual ladies clothes, shoes, purses, kids clothing, plus more and a loft type area with mens', home and stationary etc. The problem here is the selection. The clothing for all seems very limited. (They could make a ton of money by bringing in sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets and layering pieces to sell to tourists going and coming from the area.) Their selection of shorts, jeans, etc, was just not there. However the home section selection is quite good. The place is pretty clean and the employee that checked me out was nice. It is definitely an ok Ross. I'll be back to see if they get in more cold weather wear and more depth in their clothing selection for men and women

Going to Ross is a treasure hunt although ibwol say that this Ross probably has less selection than most. We were in Pacifica going to the gym and wanted to check this Ross out. Staff is nice but the place is a little disorganized. The roof was leaking and the men's selection was definitely limited. My friend was looking for candles so she found some although some of the items had small defects. Not too impressed but I did find a jacket that I wanted so that was a plus. Anyways, it's a big place but wouldn't say it's one of the better Ross's to goto.
