Store is not well stocked. When asking for help, the employees seemed more focused on telling me why they did not have products or price tags on items, than getting the assistance or positive encouragement.
They even said it might take until the end of the year for the product to be on the shelf. (due to COVID)

I need some items to get ready for my birthday, unfortunately No one is answering the phone for curbside pick up.... I've been calling for the last 3 days. So disappointing. I live in Michigan and there are no stores open here, I was willing to make the drive but if they aren't answering there's no way.

Curb side pick up is a joke! Call the number, no one picks up so you can place an order. Lady comes to door just to ask if I need help and for me to call the same number posted that they are not picking up. No help at all! Will not return! Very disappointed and I actually use to like this store.

Five people in an empty store standing around talking about call off policies and complaining about having to work at other stores. We NEEDED serious assistance and ended up leaving empty handed after we got tired of waiting for assistance.

      Truth?

I was born blonde. A towhead, if you will. As a child, women would stop my very brunette mother in the grocery store to compliment my cornsilk locks. I was the product of several generations of fine German genetics collaborating together to produce the only blonde haired/blue-eyed child in my immediate family.

As a wee tyke, I never thought much about my hair. Then I entered my teen years. Naturally, I hated it. Of course, all my friends were going through this phase. Most were dyeing their hair the blackest shade possible (and this was waaay pre-goth era). I didn't want black hair. I wanted fun hair. Bright hair. Orange hair. How does a non-licensed, suburban kid get her hands on some orange hair? Well, Kool-Aid is usually your first step. But when that doesn't pan out? You hit Sally's, of course.

My girl, Sally, broke my Manic Panic cherry. Tiger Lily? Don't mind if I do. Took my blonde hair to a nowhere-near-natural shade of orange. I don't think my poor mother ever recovered. After that, Sally set me up with a rather vampish purple, an electric blue, and, of course, a red to end all reds.

These days, my color tends towards the mainstream. I'm back to blonde (some natural, some artificial) and, even though I love to weave various colors into my hair, my color choices now tend to be more of the red, eggplant, and copper variety. Nowhere near natural, but not quite the colors of yore.

Of course, you will still find me prowling the aisles of my local Sally store. They tend to stock the eyelashes I like to play with for, erm, dress up occasions and I will totally cop to tossing in some extensions or a bump-it if the mood should strike. I also tend to bring my daughter (another natural blonde) along on these jaunts. It seems the color bug has bitten her hard and I have no problem letting her dabble in the number of temporary colors that Sally has to offer. Toss in the fact that Sally Beauty has some of the amazingly low prices around (hello, $6 for full size China Glaze polish) and *the* nicest staff (look for Candace, she will hook you up) makes Sally an absolute no brainer.
