Located in downtown Palo Alto, street parking is hard to find but there are plenty of parking garages and lots. There's no indoor seating whatsoever.

Vanilla bean and espresso toffee crunch milkshake (4/5): delicious. It wasn't too sweet and I think my combo of flavors were pretty spectacular. I do have to say the shake was a bit hard to suck and wasn't as creamy as I'd like. Nonetheless the flavor was good.

Overall, Scoop Microcreamery is a good place to get some late night ice cream.

Cute ice cream place with outdoor seating and fun and unique flavors like Thai tea, lychee, ube, etc.

My friend got the lychee and loved it! I got the coffee toffee which was also delicious! The only downside was that they don't offer samples, and the person working the counter was a bit gruff. I'd still come back to try other flavors though!

Interesting flavors and service but I don't think I'd go again. The flavors sound better than what they were and the toppings didn't really go well with most.
Overall, not a bad place and definitely unique.

Swung by for dessert after lunch with some friends. They have a cute sign outside with all of the flavors for the day. I got a scoop of Peach/Mango Sorbet and a scoop of Lychee. The Sorbet was pretty good, but the Lychee was bland and tasteless. Given the other options in the area, I can't say I would come here again unless there is a unique flavor of the day that I want to try.

This is a cute ice cream shop in Palo Alto! I liked the Speculicious flavor the best. Didn't love the other flavors -- The mint wasn't strong.

I have to say I enjoy salt and straw a lot better. They have better ice cream flavors and the scoops are heaping

Who gets ice cream on a super rainy day? Me, of course.

Had dinner in the area and was craving dessert, so naturally, we visited Scoop Microcreamery. Because it was such a rainy day, there was no line at all and I could take my time to decide what I wanted.

Note: they don't do samples here but you can get a spoon of another flavor to try on top of your scoop (I forgot the cute name they had for it).

I opted for the espresso toffee crunch. You'll like this if you like the flavor of coffee - it's strong and I like the crunch from the toffee. I tried the grasshopper pie (mint chocolate chip w Oreo & fudge) - pretty much as you'd expect, one of my fav flavors that can be found at other ice cream shops. I should've tried the brown sugar banana though - sounds delicious. Next time.

As everyone else has said, it is pretty pricey for the scoop size you get. $6 for a pretty small size scoop. Good if you're looking to splurge and try a different flavor but if you're looking to save, this might not be the place for you.

Came here on 6/16 after dining at Pho Ha Noi. Bumping this up to 4 stars given how busy this place was given the Jingle promotion, and the workers here still had bright smiles and moved us quickly through the line.

We each got:
- Waffle cone + Hella Nutella scoop: lol Allen could not taste the Nutella and momentarily had an identity crisis on what Nutella tasted like.

- Waffle cone + Grasshopper Pie scoop: yummy! I love mint and even better when there is oreo mixed in it! Would recommend this flavor if you are a minty girly like me.

Overall, I guess I would come here again! There are other fruity flavors I would like to try, like Lychee.

Bourbon Vanilla with Salted Caramel Swirl- really sweet, very good! As someone with a sweet tooth, I highly recommend this and would get again. I don't know if I'd get it with the cone again though

Espresso Toffee Crunch- my bf loves coffee ice cream and he thought it was really good, would get again. He says he'll get the cone again too

It was a warm summer's day, and my kids and I were craving ice cream. We dropped by Scoop Microcreamery for next level creamy Nitrogen made ice cream.

The service was 5 stars with friendly staff. They were attentive to our orders and we ordered quite a good mix. We tried the Oreo Cookies n Cream, Mango, Peanut Butter with Peanut Butter Cups, and the Mint Chocolate ice cream. We had the fresh waffle cones and waffle cups too--I liked the waffle cone flavor because it had a light sweetness to it.

The ice cream was incredibly good. Like out of this world, creamy, smooth, soft, best I've ever had kind of ice cream! So so good. Each flavor had its strengths. My favorites were the Cookies and Cream and Mango.

This is a must try unique experience, and I would highly recommend tasting Scoop's ice cream for maximum sweet tooth satisfaction. I am looking forward to next time.
