Shoe City

During my family's Disneyland trip, my sneaker ended up having a hole within the inside of my right shoe. I couldn't walk around the theme park having plastic from my sneakers poke into my foot, so we ended up stopping by Shoe City, several miles from the theme park within Anaheim.

Shoe City has a wide variety of sneakers, boots, and much more. There are a lot of brands offered too such as Nike, Puma, and Skechers! We arrived around Shoe City at 2:30 PM on a Tuesday. We were the only customers inside the store at the time. One of the team members helped out by assisting me on selecting new comfort style sneakers for walking. After checking out, my daughter and I were able to spin the wheel at Shoe City for a prize. We didn't win anything, but it was a fun experience!

My husband and I bought two pairs of sketchers for our up coming all day adventure I received some help with a variety of shoes which was nice but we went to pay and my husband asked about the wheel behind the counter . The lady said yes you get a free spin so he spun and it landed on the green which was a free pair of shoes . At that point the other lady said oh that doesn't count you have to pay first which we were in the process of doing . We both were like what? That was scandalous and unfair it was the one on Tuscan ave in Orange County.

The store manager, Alam, had exceptional customer service. My partner and I had concerns with a pair of shoes that were purchased at another location. While we attempted an even exchange at the Disneyland location but was turned away due to it being past the 30th day of purchase. THANKFULLY we came to Alan's store and was helped immediately. I highly recommend everyone visit this store and support his excellent customer service.

Loved this shoe store! Great selection and prices, and very well organized. Particularly appreciated that they were open on Christmas, since we're from out of town and needed new shoes for our son. We were in and out in 5 minutes while our Uber driver waited for us, then off to Disneyland about a mile away with nice water resistant shoes.

I was in need for a new pair of shoes and was wanting a pair of crocs. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the employees and was instantly offered help on what I was looking for. I was having trouble trying to pick out a color but one of the employees "Jessica" gave me her preference after I asked her for help and I picked out a color I am very glad with.

Mannnn....I remember going to Shoe City a lot back in my middle/high school years. Glad to know there's still stores around So Cal and they're still alive and running.
When you don't bring sensible shoes for theme parks and you realize yeahhhhhhh.....these dang no-support boots aren't gonna work for an all day trip to Disneyland....Shoe City came to my rescue. Life saver, really.

Go in there with an open mind. The style, brand or color that you may have in mind might not be available. Yes they have your typical Nike, Puma, Adidas, Vans, Converse and among some others that have slipped my mind. Originally was looking for some Nike walking/running shoes in gray but the gray that was in stores had a baby blue Nike symbol (wanted something more of a neutral color instead). Then I tried on some Vans and Converse and ultimately went with a pair of low top charcoal Converse. Speaking of Converse, there's a bunch of colors to pick from so if you're looking for those...Shoe City got you covered. They have a pretty good selections of Vans too. Prices are fine...not as pricey as the shoe stores in the malls. My shoes ran about $54.00 with tax. How much do low top Converse runs usually? At that point, I was desperate for some kind of shoe with more support than my boots.

It's super close to Disneyland and not too far from Knotts so if you need to buy some alternative shoes last minute....come here. Open until 9p on a Saturday.

This place lied to my friends and I. We were on our way to have a real good time at a club and wanted to stop and pick up some fresh kicks! Closing time says 9pm and we showed up at 8:40pm and they were closed! Ruined our night completely. Don't trust this place and their false advertising.

Apparently they can't give you your receipt after an exchange without a receipt and we had to pay $10 more for the shoes when we just got smaller sizes. That seemed a little too iffy to me. Didn't give us a good explanation on why we had to pay more for the shoes too just gave us some bs excuse!

Left the tag on my shoes. Bad service.
I thought they would take it off and the woman was looking at us strangely.

DENIED ME AND MY SERVICE ANIMAL!!! that is illegal. apparently managers rules. do not shop here if you have a disability as they denied my legal right to health care. the worker told me i had to carry my dog because he was big... how does that make sense????? ALSO asked me for my papers for my service animal. THAT IS ILLEGAL
