Starbucks

Absolutely my favorite north PB County Starbucks. The staff is courteous and efficient.
The customers are friendly and as talkative as you' d like.
The brew is always the best.
I have the Starbucks app on my phone so not only is it easy to use the app but after every so many coffees a free food or drink gift is put on your card.
I'm looking forward to their remodeling this shop in the fall 2014.

Stopped by on our way to Juno Beach. The food and coffee were warmed up and prepared well, what lacked was the customer service and attentiveness of the cashier at the time. He never acknowledged us and he seemed bothered that we had to place and order. The girl cleaning outside the coffee area did acknowledge us and was friendly.

This store is mostly easy to get to but there is no drive thru, funny how the Chipotle next door does!

Ordered 10 minutes ahead a simple iced coffee. Waited 25 minutes for my drink while watching people come in, order on the spot, and walk out with their drinks before me. Avoid this location. Staff here is friendly but slow af.

The lady with the green hair seems insufferable to work with... to customers she's fine but to her coworkers she's demeaning and passive aggressive. Does Starbucks offer free therapy? Because she needs it.

This Starbucks is amazing. The barista are super nice and the ambient is wonderful. What made this Starbucks great for me was the customer service, especially the barista. At any time of the day they are so polite and amiable. No attitude or sass which is common in the Starbucks chain of employees. Definitely recommend this Starbucks if your in the area.

Great service and atmosphere, highly recommend. I got my drink and food right away and the staff is so friendly.

Just writing a 5 star review because I lost my favorite marc jacobs watch 2 months ago. I thought it was gone forever but I randomly decided to ask Starbucks months later if they happened to have it. And guess what... THEY HAD IT! They kept it safely for 2 months!!!! Props to the workers for keeping it in the lost and found, and also to whoever returned it.

Also all the workers are very friendly at this location and there is always great service :)

Walked in this am - 3 people working and not one hello- waited 3-4 minutes
Looked 2 busy doing mobile orders
So Waiting in line at 1 register and people walk in behind us to another register and get helped b4 us with a monster order
I don't mind waiting but hello!
Otherwise good drinks as usual !

One thing I hate is when you buy something from someone and they don't say thank you. Today's society I guess?! The younger guy working didn't even try and get my temperature as hot as I like it and when I asked him if they ever taught him how he said they didn't. EVERY OTHER Starbucks I've been to across the Country can do it. He even tried to lie and say I don't think our machine can go that high. B.S.! Even when I asked for double cup it was like I was asking him to take on the world. Smh. The lady from Jersey who's worked here forever got it to 187 this morning and I'll give her 5 stars. This happened at 4:30pm on the day of this post so if Starbucks actually cares enough to read their reviews. I've come to this Starbucks for about 4 years when I come down here on vacation except for last year and COVID and everyone has always been able to meet my request. I guess this guy just doesn't care and he probably thinks because he never saw me there before that he won't see me again. Maybe. I might have to find another afternoon Starbucks to patronize

Amazing drinks but horrible service. Me and my friend got here first and they let people cut us. Took to long.

This is a busy location! Every time I'm here I'm impressed with how quickly the team can get my order ready and with a smile. I enjoy how many regulars there are and how customers and employees know each other by name and there's always a warm and friendly banter of conversation.
