Stellar Catering

I've used Stellar Catering for events ranging from 40 to 280 and they were great. The owner, Jeff, is quick to return calls, send menu ideas and work with you on pricing.
At one event with a green theme, it was all organic veggies & meats. The chicken was grilled on site and it was wonderful. I wish my chicken came out that good. They also supplied biodegradable plates & utensils.
I highly recommend give them a try.

Jeff and his staff catered a class reunion at an outside venue. The planning was all by email and went very well. They arrived at the promised hour and set up the serving line with professional looking napkin drapes, color coordinated to our school colors. I had not expected this and it added to our festivities. The hot food was kept hot and cold was cold. Their barbecue was great and I loved their take on potato salad-- a dill herb I think. They had a mix of beans that was delicious--again, unexpected nice change from the usual pork and beans. The value was perfect for a picnic. They brought take home containers so people could take the leftovers, another nice touch.
I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Jeff and staff!

Stellar catered our wedding last month and they went above and beyond!! I didn't have a wedding planner so I was worried about the little things the day of. However, Jeff and his crew were spectacular and thought of every little thing that I hadn't. They were just wonderful and made the evening so much better. All of our guests raved about the food (we had chicken piccata and prime rib). Don't be afraid to reach out to Stellar just b/c they don't have a website...Jeff is great and super flexible, their prices were VERY affordable, and I know that other caterers wouldn't have done as much as Jeff and his crew did. Thanks again, Stellar!!

This company catered my wedding reception and they were awesome. They were easy to work with, professional and the pricing was very competitive. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any event.

Jeff and his crew are absolutely the Best in the Catering Business. I counted on them for all of my catered events while I worked at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. My holiday parties, graduations and any other events I needed them for were ALWAYS perfect. Because my attendees had very high expectations I was always a worrier. I NEVER had to worry with Stellar. They came early enough to set-up beautiful presentations and stayed until everything was cleaned up and usually better than when they got to the event. Jeff always works to customize the menu to perfection. Professional, Poised, Respectful of time and place. I was forced to use another catering company one time because the hostess had heard "wonderful" things about them. They cost three times more for far inferior food and service. Even the host was forced to see that Stellar was the Ultimate in Catering in Colorado. ~~Yvonne Fitzpatrick
