      This is my one of my favorite restaurants, the food is exciting, often surprising and always exceptional. Fabulous ambience, friendly attentive service and a menu that changes with the seasons.

      best restaurant in Switzerland!!!! the creativity and attention to details is amazing for every single plate!! best experience for the eyes first and then the palate!

      Expect an exciting culinary journey, quite seasonal at that, where complementary and contradictory tastes, colors and combinations are conjoined to deliver a most surprising bouquet of flavours, textures, and gastronomic sensations.

      Order anything on the menu or just embark on the menu-sojourn designed by Tanja. The choice of wines is impeccable and surprisingly fresh, classic yet innovative. If you chose the full course menu, you will not be disappointed to delegate the choice of wine(s) to the outstanding and most thoughtful sommelier. The cheese selection is simply "formidable" with a strong variety in original and traditional choices, but be adventurous as there are always surprises and "trouvailles" to be sampled.

      Tanja Grandits is becoming more and more renowned and recognized so expect at times a waiting list for reservations. But it is definitely worth the wait.
