"Probably the window view" No soap at toilet to wash hands One of the staff said so sorry that just been broken!! Laughed at him and politely whisper and asked him When did you start work ?? He answer gently last month !! The staff make same excuse !! Soap dispenser dose not work from last three months!!
Asked for manager to challenge!! Member of staff said She is not present!!!
