Sunrise PDX Airport Shuttle

Made a reservation online for these guys to pick us up at Home and take us to Portland airport which was 15 minutes away. They never showed up. We waited for a half hour and they never answered our calls. Finally got a text alert saying a car was coming 45 minutes after they were supposed to pick us up. By then, I had put my family in the car and we drove for park and fly. Never got a call apologizing about this or anything of the sort. Do you not use them.

I emailed these guys on a long shot needing a ride with a carseat in less than 24 hours. Coco emailed me back within 2 minutes and was able to arrange a ride for my family and infant son for the following evening.

He arrived to the airport before we did and helped all of us load up our luggage. The van was very clean, as was the carseat!

Coco was very professional and courteous and the price was extremely reasonable. An Uber, Lyft or Taxi would have easily cost just as much and you can't even get one with a carseat in Portland!

I would highly recommend their services and will use them again for my future travels.

Fantastic service. Honestly, really great, friendly service that you will not be able to duplicate in any other shuttle service.

I travel ever week. Literally 250,000 per year. I rely on Jorge (Coco) and Koiyan week-in and week-out for all of my trips to and from the airport. I know that they are going to show-up - or call me with any changes due to traffic or challenges due to scheduling.

The courtesy, professionalism and care they put into their work is evidenced in the way that Jorge texts his customers to confirm a pick-up; or in the bottles of water they make available in all of their vans.

There seems to be a misguided assumption that "door-to-door" shuttle vans are more expensive than metered cabs. This is truly a misnomer. Sunrise PDX Airport Shuttle is the most economical shuttle service (and one of the very best) around.

I trust Jorge and Koiyan week-after-week for pick-ups and drop-offs at all hours of the day and night. They really are the best!

Coco was very prompt in responding to my request (emails answered within 30 minutes). The ride was comfortable and pickup was on time (at 415 for a 6 am flight!) the minivan had plenty of space and a car seat, which is the reason we really booked in the first place. Overall would recommend and will use again, especially when traveling with the tot.

Really comfortable ride for someone with a kid. Very helpful and friendly owners. They are familiar with the routes and aware of the road conditions. Priced right!!

Holy moly! I should have read the reviews before booking. I saw that Sunrise PDX Airport Shuttle got about 4+ stars on average an went ahead and booked a shuttle for my parents They had an early morning flight and I have kids and work to deal with, so to make things easier (on me), I did a quick google search and booked a shuttle with Sunrise. I spoke with Koy (sp?) Saturday afternoon for a pick up this morning (2 days later). I didn't think to call back the next day to confirm. So I go up at 4:30am to make sure my folks got up, we said our good-byes and I went back to sleep thinking that in 45 minutes, they'd be on their way home.

At 5:55am my folks woke me up because they had been on the phone with (I assume Koy), who was already 40 minutes late. From what my father said, Koy told him that her husband took the reservation, but couldn't come and didn't give her the information about it. She was going to come but didn't know where we were. They spoke a few times and she *finally* said she would use her GPS to find us. After my folks woke me up, flustered and worried about missing their flight, we got their things in my car and I drove them. Not the kind of thing I or they were expecting.

I was thinking they might call me today to apologize, but nope. Nothing.

So I do not recommend using this business.

He was a no-show! I called the evening before for an early morning pickup to the airport. The phone number listed on yelp was the driver's cell phone, and when he picked up, he said he was driving, would be able to pick me up in the morning, and asked that I text him my request info. I did just that. Come 4:45am, no call, no show. I called to see if he would at least pick up ... Nope.

I'm sure this happens to every driver now and then. But perhaps this company find a better way to manage incoming calls/requests. I called radio can and they're on their way asap. Let's hope I make my flight...

I have used Sunrise a couple of times, and always had pretty solid experiences. This last time I, had a scheduled pickup in the evening and right at the time I was expecting to see Coco, he texted me to informe he would not be able to make it because he had lost his keys. I feel he may have stretched himself too thin with a store he recently opened up, removing the flexibility he used to have.

It's one thing to have this happen, but a complete different scenario when it is stated very matter-of-factly - with no offered resolution. It all was very rude and unprofessional. I will not use his service again.

I called and sent text confirming our 5:15 pickup to the airport days in advance- the morning of our flight- he left us high and dry and did not answer any of our texts or phone calls. We would still be waiting outside for Sunrise to show and most definitely would have missed our flight if it weren't for a local cab company that came and saved us.
We put our trust in Sunrise, they let us down, an enthusiastic thumbs down.

We took Sunrise PDX Airport Shuttle to and from the airport on our recent trip to Portland. The driver, Coco, was super friendly and offered excellent suggestions on everything like where to visit and what to eat. The best part was that when we needed a ride to the airport from the rental car company, he picked us up at 5:15 am! Not only did he arrive early, he also confirmed with us about an hour prior to pick up. When I text him the day before to arrange our pick up, his response time was also immediate. Literally all around perfect experience. We plan on visiting Portland again and we will definitely be using this shuttle service.
