Food:
Holy crap, those TikTok-ers are not lying! Their Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco was super delicious. The chicken was the star of the show - it was extremely tasty with slight smokiness in the flavor. Not to mention this taco was extremely cheesy in a good way! Super yummy. It was my priced at $3.49 as of March 2024. Also this item comes with one Avocado Verde Salsa Sauce Packet, which was delicious as well.

Ambiance:
The store actually looked surprisingly nice on the inside, not sure if the look of the whole store just had been upgraded or not, but it sure looked like that. I was impressed.

Service:
Staff helping me at the cashier was nice and friendly, and her service was super quick. I ordered online and once I got to the store I only needed to mention the name on my order and voila, I got my food.

These guys cannot get your order right if it meant to save their life. I have given them so many chances with getting my food right but they fail every single time. One of these times, I had asked for a cheese quesadilla, and was handed a chicken quesadilla, I come back to complain, they acknowledge their mistake, I'm for sure they're going to get it right after I complained, right? No, and they hand me another bag, this time with no quesadilla and instead a burrito supreme. I've had tried so many times, and they have never ever gave me the food I wanted, only a few times they've done what I wanted right but still only a fraction of the majority they've done it wrong. Not only awful service, but the prices are absolutely insane. Please avoid it like the plague.

I wanted to make my order at the cashier but they made me do that at the kiosk . I wanted to do that with real person. I walked away. I don't like that new way of customer service

Would make it Zero if I could. Finally got home after work and getting my food. Ordered a Mexican Pizza, chalupa and a Crunchwrap and some drinks. Wanted to eat before going into a work meeting and some food for my dad. $20, 3 $1 drinks and one Crunchwrap for my dad and all I get is two drinks to eat before my meeting. Tried calling to only get an ever ringing phone call.

Y'all mess up my orders every once in awhile but this is the last time. Y'all lost a customer for sure.

They're always out of stuff and you can't help but feel sorry for the staff. The hard tacos are stale most of the time.

This is the third time I have ordered Taco Bell from this store and as many times as I order hot sauce THEY NEVER GIVE ME ANY. For me, the sauce makes the food worth it. If I knew they would forget because the manager "Sabrina" said "at the time I ordered, they were too busy" I would not have ordered. I asked her "ok we'll what about the other two times, and it takes two seconds to grab a hand of hot sauce and add it to the bag?". She then said " ok it will never happen again" (with attitude and never apologetic May I add) and then hung up on me. I'm 41 years old and worked at Taco Bell as a KID from 15-18 years old and I was NEVER "too busy" too put hot sauce into a bag for a customer. Taco Bell must be embarrassed to have SABRINA as a manager. Let me know if you need me to show how it got done back in my days. Customer service is key. Jus sad.

I just left this TacoBell location ...

First off, there was 3 door dash employees waiting for their orders and I'm just a regular customer waiting for my dinner. The manager apologized for the long wait because they were backed up, which is fine .. understandable BUT what I found unprofessional was when the manager started scolding her employee in front of all of us ... for simply doing his job, when she thought he was just standing around .. talking to another coworker but they were communicating about orders while trying to take a "drive-thru" order.

Like she could of pulled him aside and talk to him. I was embarrassed for the guy and nobody should be talking to anyone like that. She was rude and condescending. The funny part was she looked at me for some validation and smile as if she was right!

What a dingding.

Also, to the guy employee ... THANK YOU FOR BEING PATIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. You're doing good!!

Drive thru. Food was fine. Service was fine. Had a TB Pizza - the regular one and it's just not my thing, nor a Taco Bell fan. So nothing against them. Drive thru folks were hard to hear and they couldn't hear me either (didn't have radio etc on in the car or other people, so no background noise). The staff wasn't particularly pleasant or unpleasant, just doing their jobs.

If you're going to charge customers $.15 for each packet of HOT SAUCE you better make sure you put them in the bag. Tight wads charging for SAUCE PACKETS?!?! oh and the NAPKINS TOO. WTH!! Tightwads

i ordered a the 12 Taco Party Pack. i pulled out 4 out of 12 tacos that literally had MORE LETTUCE THAN MEAT. what is this? no care in to the effort on the food
