service was okay but our Panini's were dreadful, I wanted to complain which I never do but my husband said no don't bother. He had a cheese and ham panini and he said it was not what he expected. There was a small slice of ham with very little cheese. it was tasteless I recommend. There was no salad or crisps at the side and they cost £4.25 each.

I always try to get my petrol from Tesco, and this is my usual filling station. The prices are almost always the lowest around.
It is very convenient to use the 'pay at pump' option, and this is what I generally do, unless I need bread or milk or chocolate!
The staff are generally friendly. You can get a receipt at the pump too.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 023. Sept. 2008Vorheriger BeitragI use the Tesco delivery about once every six weeks, mainly to get a bulk buy of heavy stuff into the cottage.
It can be a pain to find a slot for delivery that suits , but generally it works out ok. If they are going to be early, they will ring to find out if it's ok to come.
The drivers are generally very friendly, and some are more helpful than others. They tend to stack the boxes at my doorstep, and if my daughter is up, she will insist on carrying one in. I worry about her back. Most drivers, on seeing how petite I am, will carry the boxes through, others do not, but I ask them to anyway.
They are good about putting like with like, so unloading it is quite easy. I'm sure the advert says 'to your door (fridge door)'. That hasn't happened yet.
I am hoping that this is the greener way to shop, as it certainly saves my mental health a great deal. It certainly saves my time and effort and petrol.10. Aug. 2008Vorheriger BeitragThis is a great store, but alas a killer for the high St.
I do like the range of foods they stock, but increasingly I buy more and more Fair Trade as it becomes available, and produce which is marked 'British'.
At the moment, the only jeabs that fit me are Tesco's kid's age 14, so I got them. I do get clothing for my daughter here - the swimsuits wear extremely well.
This store has been enlarged, and I still don't know where every thing is, but hey ho I don't care, there's the market in Poole High St.
There are three Tesco in the Poole area and all have filling stations. I do use these.
The car park is vast, and I don't undersyand their logic; the mums and toddlers seem to get most preferential treatment, then people with Blue Badge. It must be easir at time to take a regular parking bay as some of te Blue Badge ones are futher away.
The staff are very friendly and helpful (except for one). - Qype User (98sidn…)Poole, Vereinigtes Königreich517323. Feb. 2010
A very good service indeed. Choice of ordering and then pick up yourself in store. Or for larger items for a small fee you can have the items delivered.
I myself ordered a bed and mattress for my son, was given a deliverey date, and a morning or adfternoon, or eve time of the day. The driver then rings you on the date you chose for deliverey one hour before they are going to arrive..Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Qype User (Vonnie…)Gravesend, Vereinigtes Königreich46319. Having two young children I regularly use Tescos delivery. The first order took a long time to do online, but once you've done this once it is much quicker. I tend to save money by not wandering around the isles in the supermarket.
I am usually sucessful in gettiing the slots I want and the drivers (so far) have always been on time.
My only comment is the number of carrier bags I receive. I always select the greener option of no carrier bags but they still seem to put individual things in a carrier. I end up with more than if I went to the store, yet still receive my green points!?Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Qype User (rich…)Poole, Vereinigtes Königreich25119. Nov. 2008
This store has a hell of a lot inside, but in the evenings (around 9pm) the stock seems to be seriously depleted, especially on fresh fruit and veg and items like yougurts. Also - and this is really annoying - the only way you can pay after around 10pm is by using the dreaded self service computerised check outs. I find these incredibly stressful - and if you have already had a long day, this is a deeply, deeply unpleasant experience. That said, it is possible to buy virtually everything you need at Tesco, so for a one-stop shop you could do a lot worse. Prices are reasonable, with regular offers, and fuel is generally as cheap as anywhere else on the forecourt.

I am really impressed by this service - it is always on time and the drivers are helpful and friendly. Only on a very few ocassions have I had a few substituted goods and it really saves so much time. It also saves money by only ordering what you need and avoiding impulse buys. I usually ask for the shopping without bags as otherewise you get so many - just need to be quick unloading the shopping from the green boxes when the driver is waiting. I suggest you choose the delivery slot carefully - mid week slots are a good bargain.

Upstairs there are clothes, electronics and many home items. The prices in tesco are also very cheap, and they have many items now in the run up to Christmas.

excellent facility, especially for ordering things on before thay are released, unlike some sites, if you order say a dvd on the 1st that comes out on the 5th, it will be posted on the 3rd, and probably arrive on the 4th! thats a day early, which means a whole lot of gloating if its a hotly anticipated new game or something like that, also the prices are pretty decent, cheaper can be found (try asda on some things) it is occaisional that you have to go to odd places to find stuff.
the delivery works well, and I have yet to have any problems with them as of yet, so overall i reccomend it, but only 4/5 stars, as the prices arent always cheapestHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Qype User (darren…)Poole, Vereinigtes Königreich444610. Aug. 2011
Brilliant service, ordered from here on Thursday and they delivered Friday! The delivery man carried all my bags in for me without any fuss. It was all so easy and straightforward.

I like Tesco Online, I would say it is probably my most used Grocery Website. Their website is user friendly and I find it fairly easy to find the products I want. They offer good value for money as well as clubcard points. In my experience, their deliveries have always been on time and the substitutions have always been few and appropriate (which is more than I can say for Asda's grocery delivery service, which always substitutes loads of items, often with unsuitable replacements) It's also easy to find discount codes online, which I don't find so easily with Sainsburys and Asda.

A massive store consisting everything you could probally need all under one roof.
The usual tescos foods are here, but also clothing eletrical goods, household items, dvds cds, computer console and games.
cafe also inside the store to rest your tired feet after walking round this massive store.
Cap parking is very easy at this store, and a petrol station right next door..Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
