One to avoid for sure. Surly non customer centric bar staff, with no idea how to serve a gin and tonic. The blonde lady behind the bar has a very can't be bothered attitude, and when unable to find a slice of lemon for the G and T decides a large half slice of orange will do. I have never in 40 years had a gin and tonic with orange in it. When my wife asked for it to be changed the response from the bar person's colleague was this was perfectly normal and had she not worked in a bar and didn't she know this? incredulously rude and obnoxious and the supposed manager. Also menu on display outside and when I asked what the deal was on food, i.e. How to order and pay, said blonde bar person's response was again we are not doing food, just crisps and nuts, take it or leave it, not so much as a sorry about that. Shame it could be a nice venue, decor is good, modern, even cosy and comfortable. However lacking basic courtesies and really unrepresentative of the city it is based in. one best to avoid unless you like being spoken down to or relish totally rubbish customer service. Do not go here, simples!
