The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Lynnwood

I had truly one of the best dinners. I live right next to it and have always wanted to go, so my birthday is when we decided to came in. They have a lounge you can sit in if you're 21+, and that's where we were. The service here was good, and the food was excellent as well. It came out just as we wanted it to.

I'd highly recommend this place if you're celebrating something or just want a simple, nice dinner!

The Keg is okay. I don't particularly dislike anything about The Keg, nor do I particularly like anything about it either. It's okay.

I think you can do a lot better in terms of steak flavor, but I also know you could do a lot worse too.

The Keg has a nice neighborhood type feel. It's not stuffy nor trying too hard. The servers are friendly. The food isn't too expensive. And it's a casual environment.

While I'd much rather make steak at home or go elsewhere, it's not a bad spot.

We visit the Keg 4/5 times a year. It's in Lynnwood now they closed their Eastside locations which was very disappointing. Hopefully they will look at opening on Eastside in the future.

The service is excellent and the food is always good and priced right. We have always ordered the garlic cheese bread but now they again have decided to change the recipe. It's not worth the $12 they charge for it. They need to go back to their original recipe. We always make a couple trips up in the summer for their main lobsters.

Nice steakhouse that's definitely a chain but also has a nice neighborhood feel. We came on a Monday and there were about six other tables there. The way the space was configured was tiered so there was a nice amount of privacy among the tables.

I had the top sirloin with a Caesar salad and fries and veggies. It was a nicely cooked and flavored steak - and the mushrooms that came with it really added to the texture. My mom had the pistachio salmon which I would say I liked even more than the steak - it was the perfect texture and flavor.

Service was friendly and patient. And also, don't sleep on the bread - it was delicious!

The keg is a perfect place for dinning with the family and friends. I've been coming for over a decade with my family to celebrate birthdays and special occasions. The staff is friendly and the steak is perfectly cooked. The food comes out in a timely manner even when the restaurant is completely full

In all my years (literally all my life!) I've never been to the Keg. This past weekend had changed all that and I really LOVE this place!

It's modern and pretty upscale, with the ambiance of the place and the staff. Theres not a ton of steakhouses nearby, other than Outback.

Paul was our server and was such a delight! He's funny but also quite knowledgeable about the menu items. He's very honest and admits when he's confused or has been mistaken, especially in regards to the menu items. The Keg is very busy during the weekend so I can understand why the staff can be short, heads spinning and running around!

My mom and I got the prime rib and the au jus sauce is so exquisite! I recommend the Mushroom Neptune as an appetizer to try! (FYI, they have a few mushroom menu items that I think are pretty good and would love to try next time!)

I loved the mixed green salad and is way better than Olive Garden or red lobster! The gin basil lemonade is a favorite but it wasn't really mine...maybe a bit too much gin.

During our time there, Paul asked how our drinks and food were. I did notice how the staff asks about how we like our steaks etc and if it was cooked to our standards so that is really good to ask rather than the customer to voice that first! It shows reassurance and care.

It's been a little while since my last review of the Keg so here's another. Service is absolutely outstanding here. You can never go wrong with the Keg when it comes to a fantastic dining experience.

We came here on a Sunday evening and ordered calamari for appetizer, assorted steaks all around, and a nice bottle of wine.

The only issue I had was with the calamari. It was just a little bland and to be honest, it's been a while since I've been here so not sure how it compared before.

The steaks were absolutely amazing and done right. Their included sides are always made well. Bonus points for the double baked potato.

Can never really go wrong here at The Keg.

The environment was clean and intimate. We ended up walking out because we did not see any cocktail we found intriguing. We asked the waitress for a fun drink recommendation and she said, "I dont know". I would not recommend that to a customer for a drink option. I will skip this spot moving on. Food, I cannot recommend as I did not have any.

The ambiance was your standard dark wood steak house vibe. I would say what you would expect from a steak house. I sat at a table in the bar area, to the left as you walk in, open seating. The food all around me looked good. They close at 10 it's was quite busy for that time of night. It was about 9:30 and only went in for a drink. The server was in a bit of a hurry and she looked annoyed. It made me feel uncomfortable so I left. I almost didn't write a review but this was my experience. Maybe I'll try it again in the future and have dinner there at a decent time.

I ordered the Keg Burger, and it was amazing. It came with wonderfully salted fries and arrived very quickly. Oscar was our waiter and he was very kind and attentive. I felt bad for having to make him put up with a crying child, but he kept the atmosphere lively anyway. Overall, this restaurant wonderfully captures what a restaurant should be. Thank you Oscar!
