      I can see my stomach muscles!
      This workout is amazing. I've been doing The Under 20 Workout for two and a half months and the results are ridiculous. I've lost 15 lbs or more because I've also put on lean muscle. The best part is that it takes less than 20 minutes and it's 3 times a week. It fits perfectly into my schedule. Oh, and it's very reasonably priced.
      This is a group workout and everyone seems to be doing really well. It is challenging for everyone and all exercises can be modified for beginners to elite athletes. The group is growing every day. I get there at 6:55 and I'm out by 7:25 that includes stretching before and after. When I go to the gym, it takes me two or more hours to drive, park, wait for machines. I'm canceling my gym membership and sticking to The Under 20 Workout. I love it!

      I love this workout!!! I've been doing it for about 3 weeks now. I feel great! I'm starting to see definition in my stomach and just feel stronger all over. After the workout I still feel my muscles working a little, and it feels fantastic. I love that it's outside in a beautiful park overlooking the city, instead of a stinky gym. There are usually a few laughs throughout the workout, and I always feel great and pumped afterwards. The best part?.... It's only 20 minutes! Check it out!!! You'll be glad you did.

      I've been training with Justin for over 2 years and it never gets old. His expertise, sense of humor and willingness to push me to be my best has had me coming back. The Under 20 Workout has been a great match for me as I'm a busy father who doesn't have time to run to the gym an hour or more each day. As someone who is relatively athletic I have been extremely impressed with the results from only 20 minutes a day, 3 days a week. When I'm feeling like I need a little extra there's always the 6 Week Challenge. I can't recommend him enough.

      It's been about a month since I've heard about The Under 20 Workout and through extensive research and tools given to me by Justin, I've been able to see not only the results but the science behind it too. Fast twitch muscle utilization is the way to go -- not to mention it'll bring out the humor in you which is always good for everyone! The workouts will bring on the sweat, make you feel good, and can be done in the comfort (and safety for some) in your own home! What a great combo! I would highly recommend The Under 20 Workout to anyone who is incredibly busy but wanting to seriously make a change in their lifestyle and the way they look. Want to be encouraged?       A great and intense 20-minute workout in Barnsdall Park every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9 AM or anytime online. I've been doing this workout for about 5 weeks now and I feel fantastic. Plus, I have more definition in my arms and stomach and I'm just as strong as when I was taking an hour of Pop Physique 3 times a week. This is seriously the greatest way to exercise. And Justin makes the workout very fun. He has a great sense of humor and can adjust the exercises for any level. I highly recommend checking it out!
