Wie bei H&M auch ist die Qualität nicht unbedingt hoch, das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt aber auf jeden Fall.


Der hier bewertete Laden ist der größte und schönste dieser Kette und hat eine riesige Auswahl.

Uh, ok. After a day filled with shopping, my group wanted to stop at Top Shop. Apparently this is a top clothing shop in London, but really falls flat in regards to selection and quality.

Even after an hour of browsing, I have come to the conclusion that this store has the quality of H&M or Forever 21 - just with higher prices and the occasional name brand. Items on sale were very odd looking and disorganized. Not exactly the place I'd like to buy anything, I tried.

The has been the best Topshop I've ever been to, compared to Las Vegas, Houston, NY, and the other Topshop in London by St. Paul's Cathedral. It has many floors and is one of the biggest ones I've been to as well. But this review does go for any location. I personally love Topshop because it is the only store that really fits me 100% (I am petite and is really hard to find clothes) and one of the stores where I am always able to find something for a great price. I even converted my boyfriend into shopping here because they offer a lot of different style for men. The quality has been great so far, even after many washes.

This particular location does offer more options compared to the St Paul location, so if you don't have time to waste, come here instead. The Oxford Circus stop is right here as well.

USA DO NOT PURCHASE ON-LINE GIFT CARDS from TopShop!

On the US TopShop website, the gift cards are electronically generated in EUROS and TopShop stores (in this case, The Grove TopShop in LA) DOES NOT HONOR THEM because "they are not in US dollars".

After receiving a $200 gift card that they would not honor, I called their US Customer service number. The US customer service telephone lines ring and then disconnect - continuously.

I called their UK customer service number that had an automated "your call is important to us" that kept me on hold for over 40 minutes before connecting to a person (the international phone call alone cost $210).
The UK customer service guy checked it all out, confirmed the card, acknowledged the issue, and said they would reissue it in US dollars and email it within the week.

No gift card was received. Instead, an email asking for CONFIRMATION of full name, address and zip code. (Image attached)
Responded to them - no response.
Emailed them again (after the first $200 phone charge I wasn't going to call again) - put in a "que" per automated response saying they were very busy and warning that it I sent another email it would put me on the end of the line and start the process all over again.(see attached)
Endless loop - with no results whatsoever.

I'm neutral about topshop in general but I like this particular location because it offers much more consignment options than other topshop locations.

Normally I'd go straight to the bottom floor where there are a big collection of the consignment brands, which are not a part of Topshop but have partnership with the brand and often sell exclusively at this location. It's a great place to find some unusual pieces!

There are also a cafe at the bottom floor and free wifi, which is a great place to deposit your unwilling shopping companion.

I rarely like nor visit Topshop brands but this store is hard not to miss being towards the Regent Street and Oxford Circus end of Oxford Street, with it is a stone's throw away from Oxford Circus Underground Station and just under half a mile away from Bond Street (Jubilee line, close to department stores) and Tottenham Court Road stations, London's flagship shopping street (Oxford St) home to many of our biggest retail chains flagship stores - Topshop here is no exception which also combines and incorporates the Topman brand, dedicated to men as Topshop is to women.

This store was bright, modern and other than the lack of staff it had a decent feel to it - being over multiple floors including a rather unorthodox idea of a barbershop, nail bar and Lola's Cupcakes, as well as a few other brands which make this Topshop feel like it's going above and beyond a clothing shop into a mini department store. (Mini shouldn't take away from the store's size)

I do feel the store could have better located its' Click and Collect - I understand why they want people to have to go into the store, onto a different floor to pick up orders but I can't help but feel this ruins the whole convenience aspect of the store.

One of the best Topman locations I have visited out of the numerous branches I've seen in the UK but still with improvements to make.

It's a huge store and has lots of options but it's just so crowded on the top floor. No matter when I go, it's been this way for years and it puts me off shopping there honestly. Staff can be rude and not always helpful.

SALE - probably not the best time of year to visit Top Shop, unless you fancy trawling through rows and rows of random clothes. You may hit the fashion jackpot and end up with a mega bargain, but you are more likely to leave frustrated.

Considering how reasonably priced the regular collections are, this is definitely a more pleasant experience during normal seasons.

I came with my niece who was visiting from Germany and we left empty-handed. It was frustrating to see the same items dotting around all over the shop, the displays didn't make much sense with only denim in its own obvious dedicated corner.

The changing room queues looked more scary than they turned out to be, there's actually plenty of space, making waiting times fairly reasonable - for both shoppers and their friends, there's plenty of seating for aunties and boyfriends.

If you're looking to buy nice clothes for a decent price, this is your store to find all sorts of high end values. I recommend THIS Top Shop rather than the others in London because it has more to offer with better sale tags.

I love clothes but I hate shopping for them. For me, there is no thrill in the hunt.

But what if there was a way to have everything in your size and specification pulled for you and waiting in a dressing room? It is a dream no more, enter TopShop Personal Shopping.

Whilst this location is tremendously overwhelming when you go it alone, it's utterly manageable with help from TopShop personal shoppers. During my first appointment, I spent nearly three hours trying on so many things! It felt like working with a stylist - she brought shoes, accessories (including a necklace I have now worn for years and always get compliments on), knew the entire collection intimately, even pulled items from swim when I told her I was going to Majorca.

All you have to do is try everything on and decide what you want and what you don't. Following that you pay at a dedicated counter (no lines here ladies!).

In a word, amazing. TopShop personal shopping made me question ever shopping without help again.

For some reason I expected the clothes to be different, perhaps it's just a somewhat different style compared to what I was looking for.
That being said, staff were great and the fitting rooms were large and clean.
Just not my cup of tea.
