Die "BABY" mit 3 Filetstücke Die "KLEINE" mit 5 Filetstücke Die "GROE" mit 7 Filetstücke Frische oder in sauer eingelegte Heringe Selbst hergestellte Frikadellen Scholle nach Vorbestellung Alle Gerichte servieren wir mit selbstgemachtem Kartoffelsalat oder Pommes Unser Seelachsfilet sowie der Kartoffelsalat werden jeden Morgen frisch hergestellt und auf den jeweiligen Tagesbedarf abgestimmt. Alistair H.Berlin5467318399. Okt. 2010This place is hard to find. Also, If you're someone who only leaves work at about 6pm, then you'll never be able to go, because they close at 6pm and only open on weekdays.
Both of the above points are a shame, because this is a great little place. It's basically the Hamburg equivalent of good old British Fish & Chips, only in Hamburg they serve potato salad instead of chips. Portions come in three sizes, "baby" (3 pieces of fish), small (5) and large (7). I guess the names are meant to be amusing because a small portion would be more than enough for most people. Thankfully I had the good sense to order this.
It's not particularly cheap; A small portion costs EUR8.40. However, the fish is excellent - it's just a shame about the location/opening hours because without taking a holiday I'll never be able to go back.
