Wow... I took my car in at 10:00 this morning and was called at noon saying it was ready! Jerry, Bob and Karen go over backwards to accommodate me as they know my car is paramount to my business.

I have personally been taking automobiles there for years. Their expertise in both the mechanical as well as body and fender arenas is remarkable. I have seen first hand the remarkable outcome of their paint work on the cars in their shop.
They are very courteous, polite, and able to give very understandable explanations of what is being done.

Worst shop and total scam artist. wanted to charge me $1300 ($600 refurbished) for a $200 alternator and over $600 to install. Total repair done at a reputable shop cost me $545 with a new alternator. Avoid!

Just replaced a part that they installed 3 months ago. $165 for a $25 part. I can understand some labor, but when I fixed everything today, I found that they hadn't even re-assembled everything. There were several mounting screws missing and the cowling had been broken and incorrectly re-installed. Don''t go there!

they worked on my car, took them three weeks longer than stated, did work not authorized, glossed over doing some things i asked them to do, got the car back with a half tank less than when i dropped it off... i needed a clear explanation of what work they did, and never got it...

TOTALLY UNSATISFIED! I HATE TO SAY THIS, BUT I FELT ROBBED!!!
