Really good spot, nice kind of an "introduction" to Asian restaurants before taking it up a notch in authenticity. I always just get ramen because it's hard to beat a bowl of broth. Some of the sides (gyoza/wings) are really good too.

      Incredible interior design!

I really wish this chain would more of these would come to the States! Asian fusion dishes with unique flavor pairings and ambiance that's casual and relaxing for any age, date, family or just friends night out. The alcohol drinks are a bit pricey but very good. The duck and pork belly baos are my favorite and I've never been disappointed with a dish or the serving size. I've eaten at these only in the UK and Denmark (at Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen. Try it out and you won't be disappointed. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars is that it's a bit pricey for some dishes.

      Don't do it.

The food was sad. Do not recommend.

The US establishments led me to believe this would be tasty, but we were disappointed.

Only plus, the beer was cold

Kara age (saddest I've ever had, where's the breading? The sauce was trash)
Chicken gyoza (pitifully fried, no flavor)

Used to be one of my favourite noodle restaurants. Something has changed. Smaller portions and quality dropped?
Place is not as busy as it once was. So sad.

I crave Wagamama food every time I come to Dublin and it usually lives up to my expectations - their food is very consistent and the service is almost always friendly and efficient. This time, I had the yasai katsu curry: "sweet potato, aubergine, and butternut squash coated in crispy panko breadcrumbs, covered in an aromatic curry sauce served with sticky rice and a side salad." It's really good! The veggies are cooked perfectly in their breadcrumbs and the combination of curry sauce and rice is very comforting. The pickles on the salad are also good. They now have cocktails for €5, so I had two of them - the Wine Not and Japanese Passion - and they were tasty but a little weak. Had high hopes for the Wine Not (Absolut vodka, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, and sauvignon blanc) since I'd made something similar at home - but I think it would be better with gin instead of vodka. They now have replaced many of the older communal tables with smaller tables for groups of two or four, for those who want a more private or intimate experience.

I'm giving Wagamama 3/5 "green stars" for social and environmental impact. They were in the news in 2015 when fish2fork surveyed British restaurant chains for sustainability of their fish selection and suppliers - Wagamama ranked close to the bottom of the pile. However, this was largely due to lack of transparency, and Wagamama has since provided more information to fish2fork: their prawns are from farms that practice sustainable aquaculture; their tuna is the non-threatened Pacific yellowfin (ahi) variety, and they also use tilapia in their menu (a good choice if farmed in a closed system). Fish2Fork have revised their rating to a respectable 3.5 fish (out of 5). As far as other ingredients are concerned, Wagamama still suffers from a lack of transparency. Are any of their veggies or grains sustainably farmed or certified organic? Is any of the meat grass-fed or certified humane? They don't say, and it's natural to assume not. On Glassdoor, Wagamama employees seem to be generally satisfied with their experience working there & the salary/tips are decent (they share tips among all staff). They make a lot of vegetarian dishes and have made great fruit and veggie juices for years. But it would be nice to know more about the ingredients they use - they have more than 140 locations worldwide and need to be more transparent. Interested in writing green star reviews? An old favorite from living in London, I always have to visit Wagamama when i'm abroad and there's one nearby! The food is consistently good and the menu is big enough to make anyone in our group happy. Service is typically pretty good as well, though sometimes it can be a bit slow when the restaurant is busy. Be sure to order the green tea- it's free and the perfect way to end your meal!

This place is perfect for lunch! Just in front of the theatre and off St. Stephen Green shopping centre. They have a lunch menu and prices are sweet. I really enjoyed the food here. I wasn't familiar with their menu and the staff were kindly enough to go through all the spice- not spice options.

And went for the chicken ramen. And Jesus, that bowl was Huge. There was food for 3 people - kidding. But 2 people for sure. I didn't order drinks as I was fine with my green tea. The ramen was very, very good. And super hot! Don't burn yourself! =)

My friend had teriaki (?) chicken and looked and smelled great.
The place itself is big, despite the first impression because of big long tables in the front. Plenty off comfortable seats at the back

I dont know if i would give even 2 stars. I was really disappointed:

      - Staff was really slow and rude
      - Waitress spill juice all over my jacket and my scarf, now i have to dry clean them
      - Food was okay, was waiting foe 30 minutes
      - Place was dirty, toilet paper all over the main area and stairs and nobody will clean
      - Bill was about 40€ but i felt they didnt earn it at all.

Overall experience was horrified. I would never return there.

Fast service but will never go back for food! We ordered chicken and shrimp yakisoba and wagamama ramen and noodles were overcooked. Taste is not good. Ramen taste weird! Stay away from this restaurant!
