Wildstuben wasn't our favorite "tent" we visited at Oktoberfest, but it certainly offered a unique experience. We arrived around 4pm on a Friday and were able to grab seats at a long shared table. Friday was the day of small, lesser known tents for us, and while I'm happy we stopped in, I would probably pass on coming here again.
Per the official Oktoberfest website, Wildstuben is a "Bavarian forester's-style lodge," known for their cozy ambiance and specialty Bavarian game cuisine. The menu has a lot of traditional items to choose from, and the prices certainly reflect the quality. This isn't the cheapest tent at Oktoberfest, and I'll warn you that their water is the same or more expensive than their beer. Be warned: Do not order water here! I believe our tiny bottles of water cost over $10 each, which was quite the surprise when our bill came.
If looking for a lower-key, elevated experience at Oktoberfest, Wildstuben might be your spot. The tent is definitely on the smaller side, and the decor feels warm and welcoming. The vibes are quieter than other party tents, but the energy and music are still good. Prices are higher, but you get what you pay for, I guess. Service was just alright.Helpful 9Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0
