This is by far the most spacious Flywheel these eyes have seen. Compared to my NYC locales, this could be the Taj Mahal. Huge shower spaces and bathrooms stocked with Bliss products, multiple make up areas and so forth.
I always do get a burn on and feel amazing post work out. New to Flywheel? See below*. It does get crowded on a few weekend AM classes, but overall, it's a pretty seamless experience. So, what's the problem? Class inconsistency and music.
I've had three teachers here and all have been good. Some better than others, but I can't complain about their teaching. I can complain about their music. Out of the 3-4 classes I've taken, not one class did I enjoy the music and left pumped up. I'm sorry, but I like pump up, hip hop, newest hits to old school flavor, bring it to me type music and I have yet to hear that. What I have been hearing has been a lot of rock music? A lot of slow tempo stuff? A ton of stuff I've never even heard of. What is going on? Are you playing to the older suburban mom crowd? I'm not quite sure what is up, but it's sad.
Flywheel, I hope you're reading this. Find a teacher(s) who is going to make 'ish pop and I'll be yours forever. Until then, I'm only yours sporadically.
** New to flywheel!? It's a 45 minute high intensity, high priced spin class in low lit room/dark room with music. You track your rpm and intensity via a screen on the bike. You get about 4-5 minutes of an arm workout in the middle, as well.
