Target is EVIL! But I love them no less than i did before... LOL
with the addition of the optical department and produce aisles, i can do most of my shopping here.
glorified wal-mart? maybe, but it's still target. love you long time.
Thank you, THANK YOU for buying my stuff when the competitors down the street won't... :D
I'm in love with the selection and prices... Oh, and I also love the fact that they have HELLA COOL t-shirts, too!!! * woohoo *
I'm hella happy that I now have more options for used cds.

I can typically spend hours and hours going through the DVD and CD sections. Oh the thrill of bargain hunting!!!
I've been 'lucky' and found a few promo copies of CDs I've wanted. Nothing special, just some bragging rights. har har.
You can buy and/or trade items. Trade in value depends on stock, though you'll get more value/credit if you trade (duh, i guess). They may not pay top dollar, but they pay for movies/CDs that I will eventually donate anyway.. I can't complain.
Bargain bins (buy 2 at 9.99 or less each, get 3rd free) are usually at the bottom, foot level. If you're willing to sit on the ground to rummage through those stacks, you might be able to walk away with some good deals..
You know you want to go.... just do it....
+ there is just as much space to park my butt and study as there are books.
+ i can spend hours and hours scouring those gazillions of books
+ i can be sipping a frapp a mocha latte and munching on a scone while scouring those books
+ the employees are nice and can point me in the right direction if need be.
+ location is much more accessible vs. borders, right down the street. plus BN is ginormous in comparison.
- the women's bathroom is kinda icky sometimes. (read: needs air freshener and toilet seats fixed before i fall in)
- BN can keep their movies and cds... i'll put my wallet away, just this once.
- parking can be hideous... but if you don't mind walking, there's more parking now that both tower and good guys are gone.
I'm a fan of their 1.99 breakfast and the lingonberry juice!
I have a glass table that has held up pretty well over the past several years... it's gone through 3 moves.. the fact that it's easy to take apart and put back together again adds to that. this, in particular was a pretty good investment.
overall, most everything is well priced. as far as quality, you pay for what you get. it's either hit or miss with the durability. (i got lucky with the table).
this location in particular is not too bad. it's easy to get to from 101 and it's close to a circuit city (i think) and a home depot. so if youre looking for electronics and more sturdy tools (not the 1.99 tool kit, haha) then you're set.
i tend to keep to myself and would rather find someone if i need help then to be asked.. and there usually are enough employees to track down if the occasion arises.
highly recommended for the dorm life and short-term apartment life.
i LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. they have everything from super cute knick knacks, shweet looking dishware, to oh so yummy treats that'll satisfy either sweet or salty cravings. ooooh yeaaahh..
not too bad on the wallet either... i can walk away spending a couple bucks and walk away with a bunch of stuff.
i *heart* ichiban kan.
