Managing a bunch of properties in the South Bay has been easier, thanks for Ochoa's Building Service. I have been working with its owner, Freddy, for the past couple of years and thrilled that he has started his own company. OBS has been servicing the janitorial and cleaning for our vacant units, keeping them in pristine shape for tour and show. It's no easy task either; our largest building spans 180,000 square feet and OBS handles it professionally, courteously and efficiently. At times when we had after-hours emergencies, I can always count on Freddy to pick up the phone and do everything he can to assist. They provide a huge list of services and their prices are fair and reasonable. They even do taco events?? (I had no idea) Talk about diversification! I certainly will need to try out the tacos =)

Came for the game, stayed for the fireworks!

Came here to watch Game 1 of the 2017 NBA Finals. This place is great!
+Food was fantastic: grilled chicken skin, grilled chicken hearts, takoyaki, fried calamari, grilled mushroom; chicken karaage, ramen, BBQ ribs, grilled and raw oysters. Come with a big group and sample EVERYTHING!
+Fantastic environment: surrounded by raucous Dubs fans, 360 degree view of HD TV's, fast and friendly service staff
+Happy Hour: special discounted menu, including most of the grilled favorites and all of their beers
+Dessert: how awesome is it that BBG is linked with Sno-Crave next store?? We were able to order dessert from Sno-Crave and they graciously delivered the order to our table

Can't wait to return for another Warriors' victory!! What we could do without is the post game fireworks. Leave it to an inebriated 'Slim Shady' who can't hold his liquor to start a commotion at the adjacent table. Some pushing and shoving and a couple of thrown glasses, which flew in the direction of a family with a young child--NOT COOL AT ALL! The awesome staff quickly deescalated the situation; leaving a couple of people with minor scrapes. All in all, a great night, with great food, great company and a severe beatdown of King Crybaby! Go Dubs!!!

Saw cockroaches by the Slurpee dispensers. When I told the cashier, he gave me a "what do you expect?" kind of look. Store also has promos plastered on the windows and the sidewalk billboard, but wouldn't honor, claiming they are expired; yet they won't remove the promos either.

"Thank you, come again!" NOT!!!!

As a property manager, I have to juggle multiple projects at multiple locations at any one given time. Needs like sweeping a parking lot, repairing landscape irrigation lines, painting a building, adding new plumbing, adding a new roof, janitorial services, fixing light fixtures and replacing a whole boardwalk are just a few that come to mind. It's hard enough to stay on top of all the projects, let alone the chore of dealing with 5 different vendors that have limited skillsets and are not the best communicators. This is where Team Maintenance Services has been a godsend for me. I have Rey and his staff handle all of those projects for me. Not only are they reliable, punctual, honest, and incredibly competitive, I can move from project to project knowing the jobs will be done professionally and I will be updated on each project's progress. No job is too small or too big for TMS. I look forward to more projects now because I have the confidence of partnering with a competent company that will get things done.
