Jeff was referred to us by our wonderful real estate agent. My husband and I previously worked with the major banks (Chase, Citi, Wells Fargo) previously. We were working with some tight timelines and our agent told us that the big banks will be too steeped in bureaucratic processes to work efficiently and she was right. Working with the big banks was always difficult due to us having to work within their time constraints, never having more guided personal support and multiple handoffs within the same bank. Working with Jeff and Tania was a breadth of fresh air. They knew exactly what we needed to provide them, we're always readily available to take our phone calls to resolve any confusion and just really hustled for us. Their website was friendly to use and Jeff really took the time to explain to us multiple times the pros and cons of each rate option and run multiple scenarios with us. We were able to close on the loan is record time thanks to how much Jeff and Tania were willing to work with us. Jeff asked us to provide any general feedback and we struggled to find anything negative to say which is a testament to how fantastic the experience was overall!

Liz is hands down our favorite realtor we've ever worked with. We've rented and purchased multiple times across multiple states and Liz, by far, was the most efficient, effective, responsive and knowledgeable realtor we worked with. She really kept our best interest at heart and helped us find a forever home in Irvine for our family. She is always highly responsive at any time throughout the day and during the weekends and worked diligently to negotiate on our behalf with the seller. There were many times where my husband and I were willing to accept certain terms that weren't as favorable to he but she managed to negotiate the seller into much more favorable terms and repairs. My husband and I kept repeating how lucky we are to have had her help in our buying experience. In fact, the actual prior owner of the home came to our final walkthrough and immediately wanted her to help him in his future transactions despite having a good relationship with his current agent.

Her expert knowledge, experience in the field, and her realistic and honest perspectives made her an invaluable partner to have had on our side.

The car buying experience is always a very arduous process. Luckily I was able to give William a call in the morning and spoke about a specific car I wanted. He was straight forward and give me the specs, the numbers in a no nonsense manner within 10 minutes. He called me back with the fill out of the door price and I came in 15 minutes later to sign the paperwork. William was great to work with and made jt as painless, transparent, and efficient of a car buying process as possible which is a great relief after looking at and speaking with many dealerships within the OC and LA. Charles was absolutely fantastic in helping my husband and I close on a condo. Charles took the time to explain all the details of the contract. He also meticulously aggregated the ridiculous amount of fees from the seller, the title company and every single nook and cranny part of a mortgage and real estate transaction process and provided us with a single number that we had to get a cashier's check for.

Once we were at the closing, the selling agent watched as Charles explained and advised us on several pieces of the contracts and remarked at the end, "it's good to see an actual lawyer advising! We've done 14 of these closings for the same building and he's the only one that actually advised his clients!"

My friend who also purchased in the same building mentioned that she had to get 3 different cashier's checks and write 5 different personal checks during the closing. It's these little things on top of his professionalism and thorough nature that made us very very glad that we went with Charles.
