When Julie asked my daughter what her "heaven on earth" was the other day at voice lessons, she said coming here. That should pretty much sum things up. If she could go see Julie every day she would!
I love this store because they have an amazing collection of both new and rare vintage Southwest Jewelry. They rival all the store on the Santa Fe plaza!
I just got lucky and happened upon it one day and was amazed by how big it is and how many Native American treasures lie within. Totally great place to buy gifts and the staff is super friendly. They even fixed an antique turquoise ring for me free of charge! Awesome place, deceptively discreet on the outside. Oh, and before I forget, they have cool moccasins, the Minnetonka brand moccasins that are super stylin'.
Len is an amazing body worker and has great knowledge about alignment and muscular systems. I had a great experience from start to finish. He is professional, the studio space is lovely and my poor aching legs feel oh so much better. He has great communications skills and was always checking in with me throughout the session to make sure that the pressure was just right and that I felt comfortable over all. I received my session as a gift and have been thanking the lovely folks who gifted it to me all day.
I will definitely be going back and will be referring all my friends to Len.
Fantastic place for threading in Santa Fe, both my sister and mother went too and we all had our brows done. $12 for brows, woman who works there is really sweet and does a great job, super quick too!
Only real lattes in Roswell. Don't be fooled by the understated exterior, it's roomy, modern and cool on the inside and the coffee is yum!
If you want a fresh beer on tap in a 50 mile radius then this is the place to go. The decor is a shabby chic moose, you gotta go there to see what I mean but the wait staff is everything you'd want, attentive, quick to refill your pint glass and happy to give you your privacy for tipsy gossip. Two thumbs up and the only place in Bridgton I want to go for a drink.
This place is an institution. Apparently the same cook has been serving up fried car side seafood for over 35 years! At first, I was a bit sceptical, I've eaten at many weird places, and had many an odd dish but I've never been to a drive in seafood joint. This place is divevy but I ordered the fried clams anyways. I figured there couldn't be a more apropos place to get food poisoning if I wanted a good story to share back home. Boy was I wrong. The fried clam basket was good, the bear batter juicy and crisp with just enough of that too much fast food fried flavor and the in house cut sweet potato fries and slaw terrific. Will rave to friends about this place for sure!
This 3rd generation family business is the real deal. Gene and his wife and son are and grandson are all fantastic to deal with. They are friendly, knowledgable, professional, and have one of the best selection of vintage and original frames in Austin. I brought my dad here for bifocals, my sister for sunglasses, myself for frames and sunglasses and several friends for various frames. Can't recommend these guys enough!
