Excellent customer service from the sale of our mattress to resolving a big hiccup during its delivery. I want to give a shout out to Kenya (store manager) for your professionalism and respect. I am truly grateful for your responsiveness and professional integrity for making amends.
Now, let's talk about sleeping like an angel. I love my tempur-pedic!!! I had forgotten what a good night of sleep felt like.
Heaven on North American earth for a South American.
I fell in love with this place for a number of reasons:
1. Delicious food. A variety of options from Brazilian food to Venezuelan food. The food was well seasoned and represented each cuisine it advertised to a tee.
2. The mango sparking water juice was absolutely phenomenal. They also offer watermelon and lemonade versions.
3. The variety of decisions dessert makes it hard to choose, but it also makes he hard to make a mistake. Everything was delicious.
4. Service was outstanding. Friendly staff and people who appear to enjoy their job. Such a graceful ambiance. The decoration was authentic and a beautiful representation of artesanato.
5. My idea of a great place for comfort food.
6. The shredded chicken sandwich is messy to eat but worth every single stain on your clothes. ;)
7. Definitely coming back....
My husband and I came in to look at the Q7. We were warmly greeted by Gavriella, who was throughout friendly and attentive. We were not set on buying yet, but she said she would work with us. I stated that I would consider buying today if we were to walk out the door for a specific amount. After a back and forth of talking to the sales manager, (Eddie?) she expressed that they would work with us for that amount. She excitedly came out and shook our hands with a smile saying, "Congratulations!"
Hours later of paperwork, and discussions about down payment and logistics of pick up time and trade of my car, we were sold on the car.
As I am signing the mountain of paperwork, I notice that the numbers we had talked about were completely different and in fact we were paying full ticket price. I stopped the paperwork and the sales manager (Eddie) was invited into the financing office. He expressed that he would not "have wasted the last 2.5 hours with us" if he knew that was the number we were working with. We were actually open for further communication about why that mistake had occurred but we were presented with unprofessional demeanor, NO APOLOGY for the misleading nature of the whole negotiation and quite a bit of an attitude. The irony is, we were open to further negotiations as we initially came in expecting to pay around the posted MSRP, but were put off by the extreme rudeness. So if I were to rate this dealership solely on this interaction, it would be 1 star. Then, I met Tim Lofano, the general manager, and my opinion about this dealership shifted from bad to impressed!
We left the dealership after the interactions listed above and a couple of days later, Tim Lofano called me and asked for a few minutes of my time. He was apologetic and expressed that he was committed to helping us have a different experience at the dealership, he himself had established. He sounded genuine and interested in establishing a foundation of trust. I am impressed with his professionalism and eagerness to mend the unfortunate interactions we had the weekend before. He was attentive, prompt, efficient and to the point. At no point, I felt manipulated or as if he was trying to make a sale. His approach on the phone, made me willing to return to the dealership and discuss our options. I am extremely satisfied by the service provided by him, Katrina and Frankie (sp?). Interestingly enough, the Eddie guy was there but at no point he acknowledged us. Once again, not a single apology... (Oh well. That just solidified my original opinion of him.) But given Tim Lofano's excellency in service delivery and most importantly, customer service, I rate this place as 5-star.
Delicious food -I had the saffron chicken with almonds and raisins. If you like the mix of sweet and salty, this is your dish. Thai iced tea was also a great refreshing treat.
Friendly service -This is how we tested them. We sat there for three hours and at no point they gave us any indication for us to leave.
Only thing I didn't like about this place was the music choice. "Killing me softly" instrumental on repeat. Maybe it was a tactic of subliminal message to get patrons to leave on time.
Customer service makes this store stand out for me.
I have come to this store several times feeling like a "new mom" with more questions than someone's good mood can tolerate. I was lucky to have been helped by Jonathan, who is not only knowledgable but also very friendly, helpful and gracious. People who enjoy what they do make all the difference.
Professionalism, quality and friendly service? Yes, please!

We recently used one of their limos for my bachelorette party and I was thoroughly pleased by how Matt was willing to work with us despite a last minute inquiry.
He was punctual, professional, friendly, and polite.
We will be most definitely using "A Cut Above Limo" for our wedding. It is so wonderful to feel at peace that we will be receiving once again an excellent service at such a special day.
I truly believe that customer service begins from the moment of the initial contact and from the get go I already respect their services. Prompt, friendly and flexible. I am sold.

Excellent level of care.
I brought my dog in for an overnight stay and could not feel more relieved to hear that they took care of my dog like I would, with love and care.

My dog had an incident during a surgery with her vet and needed eye care for a period of time. The team at Contra Costa Animal Eye Clinic was friendly, helpful, and sweet. They very kindly developed a spreadsheet for all of the medication I had to give my dog to make my life easier.
They earned my trust right away.
