Do not patronize this business. Our party was treated with grievous disrespect and improper humiliation. Captain Morgans is built on a racist and discriminative culture stemming from the leadership of manager : Gus anagnostopoulos.
After settling a $500 + bill we were suddenly thrown out at the managers direction because a patron in our part had his feet up on one of the metal mesh outdoor chairs. No warning. No further explanation. Just a conglomerate of underpaid muscle enforcing this pathetic technique to humiliate and intimidate customers.
If you have any inclination to support equal rights and the dignity of paying customers, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. It is a scourge on our modern society, and leadership like this should be stopped thru market forces at all costs. We are disgusted by the representative attitude of Chicagoans and the city in general.
It's about time someone got up the nerve to open a sports bar in Seattle. While other bars must find football and basketball on big screen TVs too pedestrian, Rookies revels in it. The place has a clean and classy decor, great beers and an awesome menu. My girlfriend and I are so pleased to have such a perfect joint so close to our house.
Last night we stopped in for the first time and were blown away by the courteous staff and prompt service. The owners were personable and interested in their clientele while they mingled with the patrons who filled the place up. While they've only been open for less than a week, there's no doubt Rookies will be a long time success. I've been there once and am already a loyal patron. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
ROMAN IS THE MAN TO SEE!!
Just bought a 2011 Santa Fe and so far I love it. I traded in my Lexus GX470 and am so happy with Hyundai's features and am loving the low monthly lease payment.
Roman was an exceptional sales person. Very personable and thoughtful. He most definitely is a customer advocate and helped me negotiate very satisfactory terms on my new ride.
I never thought I'd be driving a Hyundai, but now that I've got one, I think its the smartest car decision I've ever made.
