Update: They came out again today after being in the lurch for a month, then the tech didn't know how to install the replacement part, ordered another part which was supposed to be another $60-70 bucks but ended up being an extra ~$600 (which I found by looking at the email). This brought the repair to $1200, which is much more expensive than many new microwaves. When asked to cancel the part and the repair, we had to push really hard to not get charged a restocking fee for their mistake. We still needed to pay the diagnostic fee, even after waiting for so long.
In short, I'm really disappointed and would encourage you to look elsewhere for your repair needs.
Friendly, but tricky to schedule with and long lead times. They seem knowledgeable, but they left us hanging without a microwave for a while because they were too busy (even after paying for the repair).
Michael came out here and did a survey of my roof after I found a cracked tile. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain what was going on in impressive detail. I was concerned that a broken tile was bad news, and Micheal assured me that the current condition of my roof wasn't urgently functionally damaged. This is what I appreciated most about Micheal - he didn't use scare tactics, and he was very thorough and honest. We will definitely be giving them our business for our roofing issues moving forward.
Bird and Jim is my one of my favorite places to eat in Estes. The atmosphere is great, the people are wonderful and the food is unique and fantastic. They have a great selection of beverages and the menu is often evolving.
The chicken carbonara, the bolognese (especially when it was elk!), and the beet salad are our favorites. This place always seems busy, so I'd recommend reservations!
Usually La Quinta hotels are a safe bet, but my wife and I had an unfavorable experience at this location.
Pros: Great free breakfast, pet friendly.
Cons: Noticeably cracked shower floor, mold in bathroom, spiders, stains on comforter, broken chair, bought the executive room and received a standard room, long wait times at front desk, front desk unable to resolve concerns, cleaning staff came in without knocking.
I don't really consider myself a picky eater, but, unfortunately this was among the worst-tasting Chinese food I've ever had in my life.
The General Tso's chicken was decent, but tasted nothing like most recipes - it was definitely something different.
My wife ordered the sesame chicken and it was very hard, tough, small and really lacking any flavor.
I don't think I'll be trying this place again.
