Excellent, huge servings so be prepared. Fish taco (I had one not the Platter) came out on a small platter and was a full serving of food, just missing the beans (no loss to me). Lovely flavors. Margarita's are good. Good value
This is a branch of a well established, well known watch business in Denver. Unfortunately, it has made an error in the choice of its front rep for this location. Its a shame. He was so busy telling me how stupid I was, he never let me finish explaining what was wrong with the watch I was trying to check in for repairs. I drove a long way to this shop because in the past they have done wonderful work and were fair and square in their evaluations and pricing. The young man needs customer service training and to understand that he needs customers, we kind of help pay the bills by purchasing services and goods. A little patience and friendliness goes a long way to protect the business from the competition. As demonstrated in my instance as I finally gave up and left only to take the watch to Matheu's. At Matheu's they didn't assume I was an idiot who didn't know how to set a watch and gave me a chance to show them what was happening They instantly understood the problem, confirmed I wasn't crazy and that the watch needed repair. They also are used to working with people from out of state apparently, because they had no issue setting up the order to ship the watch back to me since I would not be in town long enough for the repair time they needed, a feat that the RTI rep said was going to "cost a fortune".
Save yourself a lesson in how stupid you are and pass this place by, there are other places where you don't have to be insulted just to spend your money.
**Please see response from owner - I won't change my rating because of it, but next time I am in town, I will stop by and if things have improved will report accordingly
This is a must do eatery, the line is worth it or walk up to the truck when it is downtown, you won't regret it! My favorite is the fried avocado and the fish taco. Or is the operative word, with the soft corn tortilla, all you need one serving because you will have a wonderful meal.
On a down hill spiral - this place was sold and is now the Retreat at Quail North. Group out of California is managing and you can tell they just don't care and are taking this place to being a corporate housing gig. Consequently everyone here is now extremely transient and you see moving trucks in and out all the time. Residents further show their disrespect for each other by letting their dogs run without leashes and defecate wherever they desire (in spite of having a beautiful dog park and poop pick up stations throughout the complex) and don't believe the non-smoking community stuff, that apparently died with the sale as well.
They have also made the office hours all most impossible for working residents - even trying to go on Saturday and you find they have little to no time for existing residents.
The bug problems in other reviews are real as are the horrible maintenance. To be fair, it does not help that these building are very poorly constructed, obviously cheap, cheap, cheap, windows won't close, doors swing open or are hard to latch, heater/air conditioner units are not installed properly - I cannot wait for my lease to run out, this was not what I had hoped for with a brand new community!
