Finally Global Art in SGV! I've been looking for an after school art school for my daughter and I'm so happy to have found this place. My daughter is learning so much about coloring, clay, and she enjoys making new friends. One of the teachers also speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay as well as English.

Chicken teriyaki fries are legit legit delicious!! This is a whole meal so no need to get a burger unless you can handle it all.
Horrible experience. Had to cancel my order 3 times now because they keep running out of things. I order it online and drive all the way to Northridge just to be told they are sold out and then you also gotta wait outside a long line. The cookies aren't even that amazing to justify this Nonsense.
My daughter has been coming here since she was 3 years old and she's about to graduate (she's 5 now) and we both will miss it! She loves coming to this school and the teachers really care and treat each child like their own. The most important and positive thing i can say about this place is that they really taught my daughter how to read, write and how to do math. I was blown away at the progression my daughter had with her vocabulary and math skills. They really care and help each child prepare for kindergarten and beyond! I highly recommend this school for any parent looking for a preschool. Also, for parents who have bilingual children, they speak both English and mandarin and i believe even Cantonese, so there's no issues with any child who only speaks any of those languages only. If i ever have another child, this is the place he or she will come to!
I took the day off to come do my service and to do other things for the day after my appointment. Unfortunately that didn't happen since they failed to call or text me that my car had been completed. My appointment was at 10:30am and they told me it would be done by 1pm.
No one called or text me to let me know that my car service was done until eventually I asked the front desk around 3pm. When I asked the two employees why my car service is taking so long, their response was "oh they didn't call you? Sorry" and then told me to sign my Toyota Care Contract which I had just bought for $289!
Think about that....Not only did they show no empathy, or take responsibility for their own blunder, they basically told me to just sign the $289 contract and go pay at the cashier, almost like "keep it moving buddy" What Terrible customer service!
I was there from 10:30am to 3pm! And no one noticed my car just sitting there and why no one had called me or texted me that my car was completed?
And to add insult to injury, they didn't even reset my "maintenance required soon" message, which makes me think did they really do my oil change? This was the worst experience at any Toyota dealer I've ever had.
