      Summary: Fabulous!
      Vegetarian friendly

Went here with a group for lunch. Definitely go with a group if you can: then you can order a pile of Starters, throw in a couple entrees, and have them served family-style. There's plenty here to keep a vegetarian happy, and the carnivores went away satisfied too.

I didn't have anything bad, and the service was excellent. The Spanakotiropita was the first Starter to be served, one to each of us. Then we just piled stuff up around it, and they brought out clean plates as soon as you finished off any particular round of goodness. For me the highlights were the Ravioli (filled with winter squash), which one of the meat eaters kindly gave me theirs in addition to mine (which I appreciated, but it was to their loss), and the Gigantes ("oven-baked giant beans with tomato sauce" and other good things).

We also had Saghanaki - the cheese is too strong for me personally, but it was popular at the table. The Zucchini Cakes were not to my taste, but I was unique in that.

For the meat eaters, there were beef short ribs - I can't say what it was like, but it was popular and what was left made its way into the doggie bag. Grilled meatballs were also served. They got compliments, but I don't remember them eliciting a strong reaction.

Rounding off our selections were standard pita with dips and the Kokkari Potatoe wedges.

To drink I had retsina for the first time and quite enjoyed it.

We finished off the meal with flourless chocolate cake, Baklava, and Glyko ("sweet") Greek Coffee.

As you can see, coming as a group means you can hit the menu pretty hard. The fact that no one had anything bad to say about any of our many selections says something important about this restaurant.

We had reservations, and by the time we left the place was packed. And this is not a small restaurant. So this is no hidden gem - make preparations.
