I had Kai, Teo, and Kawika Sr. move our large townhome to a single family home. We had them pack up a very minimal amount of books and electronics, and have/will move most of our personal items out of personal preference. This move was largely furniture.

They were incredibly efficient, courteous, and careful with our furniture, and had very good attitudes considering how tough the move was (lots of steps, ramps, hills, etc). They worked so hard despite a previous move ending at 9pm the previous night, I was very impressed.

I would absolutely hire them again, and would probably request a fourth person to manage the intensity of our very heavy furniture and long path between the house and parking area.

PS - Please remember to tip your movers; this is highly necessary skilled labor, and it is worth the cost of the move AND a personal thank you to each mover.

Alex is a trusted member of our family due to her friendly and committed contribution as our dogwalker and sitter. She stayed with our pets when we had our child and when we traveled for extended holidays. I believe she loves our dogs as much as we do.

Our two dogs--who have different personalities, sizes, and walk preferences--always seem excited after a walk. Our small dog can be difficult, sometimes trying to hide or bite if she isn't in the mood to walk, but Alex has a gentle approach and always gets her out the door while maintaining sensitivity to her skittishness.

On Oahu, it can be hard to find a consistent pet care provider. I'm very pleased with Alex's services and proud of her for establishing a business that meets the unique needs of Oahu pet owners.

Do not recommend - here's why:

1) There weren't many patrons, but the staff didn't take time to clean the tables. A booth we originally sat in was sticky.

2) The standard sandwhich I ordered was disappointing. The bun wasn't fresh, the meat had a questionable color and sheen, and the cheese (nacho cheese style) was on only a small portion of the sandwich.

3) Service was VERY FAST, however.

I was disappointed by the food, but enjoyed the atmosphere - here's why:

Ordering Process:
It is unclear upon walking in where patrons order. You can order at the outdoor bar, but they don't have the full beverage bar. Ordering inside opens up liquor options. Personally, it seems a bit backwards that the tiny inside space is the bar, and the vast outdoor space doesn't stock a full bar. They give you a number, and a long while later, food arrives.

Food:
My jalapeno sausage was lukewarm at best, but the spice was there. The brisket was perfectly seasoned and needed no sauce. The baked beans were hot and spicy, so I recommend those. However, the potato salad is over-mashed and mustardy, more like a topping than potato salad. The "brisket nachos" are NOT nachos. It was a bag of chips covered in brisket. I'm pretty sure that nachos need certain elements, like cheese. My sister raved about the Elvis (brisket, pb&j).

Ambience:
The music doesn't fit with the Texas outdoor saloon feel. It's more like top 40 and then some. The picnic and cafe tables offer plenty of seating. Parking is a nightmare, especially for larger vehicles. It's too tight to back in and out, as the lot is simply too small. The staff were pretty friendly. There isn't much customer service, as you throw out your own stuff and order at the bars.
