Fish Fillet with Pickled Cabbage Soup - always looking for a great fish dish and this delivered with just enough tang to add character to the broth and glass noodles with goid sized chunks of tender fish
Fish Fillet with Explosive Chili - super flavorful tender breaded fish chunks

Yummy too:
House Special Fried Rice with Chicken, Pork, and Shrimp - lip smacking flavor with each meat standing on its own flavor notes with perfect balance of moisture
Chinese Bacon with Garlic Sauce - um, it's bacon, but closer to normal pork
Stir Fried Bok Choy with Garlic - I luvs me some bok choy and this delivered with nice flavor, no bitter - and even better dipped in red oil of other dish
Wonton in Red Oil - most luxurious way to eat wonton
Salt and Pepper Fried Calamari - good, tender and not overpowered by other ingredients as is sometimes the case but perhaps least compelling in this order
