This place moved since the last time we came. Like last time the full menu is in Korean with the staff speaking minimal English. We ordered what was most popular according to the limited Korean and English between us and the wait staff. We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the meal for 4 and tons of food came out immediately. Overall fish was super fresh and good.

This place is in the basement so you'll easily walk past it if you're not really looking. They take reservations but they only take reservations for half the restaurant, the other half is reserved for walk ins each night. We weren't able to get a reservations so we waited. The wait was about 20 so minutes and they will not seat you till your full party is here. But it is worth it. The food is good. If you're a bit covid sensitive, I wouldn't come or arrive much later around 8ish in the evening. They do fill up and you are pretty close to the stranger next to you. We kept our masks on till the food arrived (we're fully vaccinated).

The food. The food is amazing. Every review said you needed to get the creamy kimchi udon. So we did. You need to get the creamy kimchi udon. It is both creamy, flavorful and the udon just gives you the chewy yum texture. We also got a ton ton of dishes. I ordered the Kiwitachi Kiwi drink. This drink was refreshing and yummy. You'll taste the kiwi seed in it which I love and I only had one but you also do not taste the alcohol. For food we had the grilled tako - which I was fine to just pass on. This was too saucy for me but my husband and son liked it. We also had the yellowtail carpaccio, the salmon carpaccio and scallop (Hotate Carpaccio). Get the salmon. It was so so good. We also ordered the Yaki Corn. This corn comes on a stick. The corn was sweet and the seasoning they put on top of it was so so good.

We love sushi village in bayside back then when we used to go. But the bayside location is always packed and getting a table at 7pm on a Saturday night when you're already hungry just seemed like a bad idea in general. So we tried this place. We were seated right away and we were a large party. You get two menus to tick off the things you want. My kids love sashimi so we got a bunch of salmon sashimi and rolls. The sashimi pieces are cut so so so small that it's less then a bite size. The rolls like the sashimi pieces were more rice and fillers (avocado, cucumbers, etc) then it was actual fish. We love spring rolls but don't get them here. They're just not good. Unless you like to just eat fried wonton skin with a few strands of veggies inside. Lastly we got dessert. We were excited to see ice cream, fried bananas and Oreos. The ice cream came in the smallest soy sauce dip containers. And the fried banana and oreo was just that, breaded and fried. If you've eaten this anywhere else - even their bayside location - you'll know it has powdered sugar and sometimes even some chocolate sauce on top. None here for that. We love all you can eat sushi but we will not be coming back here again.

It's been so long since we've had Italian. My husband and children took me here for my birthday. First off. The service is excellent. The staff was attentive and overall amazing. The entertainment was also amazing. There was live music with a singer singing both English and Italian songs. With the outdoor seating and ambience you certainly feel like you're in a cafe in Europe. Those two things were probably the reason why I gave them the 3 vs 2 stars. The food unfortunately was semi disappointing. My husband ordered both the lobster ravioli and the lamb chops. He couldn't decide what he wanted so he got both. Why not. The lobster ravioli was delicious. If you're gonna come here. Order that. The lamb was not. It was dried, too salty and well done when we ordered medium rare. My husband used to be in the service industry and felt bad about sending it back. I couldn't help myself so I said something. This is where the good service comes in play. The waitress took it back and took the item off the bill. I myself ordered the veal Marsala. Unfortunately, the veal was cold. It wasn't ice cold out of the fridge cold but it was cold like it's sat in the kitchen for too long while everything else was getting ready cold. The sauce was congealing and as much as I really tried to like it Bc I love veal Marsala - I just couldn't. My kids ordered the lasagna and orchiette with sausage and broccoli. The lasagna was extremely salty and the pasta was over cooked super super soft. The orchiette on the other hand was just bland and lacked salt. Overall, we had a good time because of the ambience and atmosphere, but I myself was not in love with the food.

My husband and I came here for date night this past week. The service and food was phenomenal. We ordered the $168 omakase as they said that was the one with better fish. What we loved about them is each piece of fish was prepped with special sauces and spices but not in an overwhelming way that you don't taste the freshness of the fish. The omakase did not come with some additionally that we usually love in sushi restaurants such as foie gras and ebi botan. We were not disappointed. As for covid safety, they do still have the plexi glass dividers between seats and in front of the sushi bar. Employees were masked the whole time. I did not feel unsafe during dinner.
