First, the young lady that was working the window 11/20/17 needs customer service training. My order was wrong and she glared at me when I came back through like I missed up my own order. She didn't say can I help you or sorry for messing up the order. It's one of my go to places because it's close by, but I don't do attitude so I may have to find another Greek spot.

I'm very concerned about the treatment I received on August 21,2017 at the H&M in North Point Mall in Georgia. I was originally in that Saturday prior with my daughter because we were going to a party later that evening se we decided to sop by to pick up a couple things. I stopped by the following Monday to return some items I didn't wear. The sales rep which I'm assuming was a manager, because he was training someone, was horrible. First, when I arrived I forgot my receipt in the car. So as I was telling him I needed to run back to my car to get it. His response was please take your things with you because I don't want to be held responsible for them. It wasn't what he said it was his tone and body language that I didn't like. First off I wasn't even trying to leave my things with him. I returned from my car with my receipt and he and trainee started processing my return. As he's showing a trainee how to process the return and he makes the comment "when I process a return I make them wait while I put the censors on each and every item. If they want to make a return then that have to wait." Again, he has very unprofessional and just had a bad attitude
for no good reason. First off I don't mind waiting, but what about the other customers. I felt like he just had no consideration for anything or anybody. I'll never shop at that location again and really reconsidering H&M altogether.

I called ahead to see if they had the shoe I was looking for. Luckily they did. The sales associate that answered the phone was awesome. She located the shoe and did it with a good attitude. It was the end of the night and I had called 3 different stores and no one else was as helpful as she was. I don't remember her name, but it was on 9/30 and it was about 8:30 at night, she deserves a raise. Even if they didn't have what I was looking for I'd still feel the same way.

My daughter and I went to this salon today. I've also been to their Milton location and I love them both. We both received classic pedicures and she got a gel manicure and I got the SNS manicure. I really love this place. I had been looking for a new salon for a while and can safely say that I have found it. The staff was awesome and the service was excellent. I normally hit the salon about twice a month so living in between both is so great. I can't wait to return. The atmosphere is so relaxing and calm. Way to go ladies and gents for making everyone feel so welcomed.
