These guys did same day pick up for me. I called around so many places, and this place was the most reasonably priced by far, and the most accommodating. Very friendly phone staff, and 2 of the friendliest pick up guys came. Very diligent, hard working, and so nice. I highly recommend them.
Line is ridiculously long. It's not the # of people in line, it's just that the line does not move. I got here right at the open, at 10am Sunday. There were only 5 ppl ahead of me. I waited 2 hours. TWO HOURS. Sweet pies had already ran out by 10:30am. High chance they will run out of anything by the time u get up to the line. If u still want it, you will have to order with the guy inside to be picked up later in the afternoon. The most ridiculously slow biz model ever. Why don't they make more before they open the shop??
This location is temporarily closed. You have to send everything by mail, and print out the forms from lavote.net. Recorder / county clerk still answers phone calls for questions at 800-201-8999. NOTE -- If you need to print application from lavote.net to submit by mail, you must use google chrome browser, other wise, your application will be missing essential pages!!
You have to download the Alfred app to order, due to no contact safety rules. I hate downloading a whole new app just to order from one store... kind of pain in the butt. At least make it so there's an online order option, without downloading a new app!! Walk-up order is not available here.
Now they only allow online order, and then you have to reserve a pick up time, and you can't choose which flavor, no customizing, with 6 minimum per order. The website clearly states, if you forget your pick up time, they will not remind you.
I passed by in the food court and their stalls had no customers during the week, and a few waiting on a Friday. I walked up when there was absolutely no one, 3 staff bored to death not doing anything, and they still told me to go back on my mobile and order online.
Seriously guys, has anyone else been this snobby selling donuts ? In the middle of a pandemic?? Sure their donuts are good, but not worth the hassle. I mean I get the online thing with lines waiting. But what's with taking away freedom to choose how many of which flavor?? They clearly don't want your money, and want to make it as painful as possible to earn your biz. No thanks.
PS-- all my pics are from the old Mitsuwa location. The good old days when the lines were long, but at least I could choose my own flavors.
