My girlfriends and I booked a limo for a holiday night out. We want to dance dance dance and DRINK with no worries. Bay, the driver was amazing- he was on time, friendly and very professional. The limo was clean, the seats were comfy. With NO doubt I would call quality limo service for another girls night out around town. Because it's worth knowing everyone will get home safe!
I would recommend Bay for any of your limo or transportation needs. You will feel like you are calling a friend and not just another limo service.
I like this place, even though service is really slow/not very good. (1 star off for the service)
This is one of the few Korean BBQ place that has beef brisket and rice wrap in San Francisco. Their price is great too, $19.95 ALL YOU CAN EAT.
Don't expect the quality to be great or even good... keep in mind this place will fill you up and will give you the Korean BBQ experience.
I had high hope/expectation for this place. but it's just an Okay.
the salty chocolate was WAAYYYY TOOO salty.
the blue bottle coffee and vanilla was pretty good.
It's hard to find parking around that area.. and too out the way from city center. Don't think I will go back just for the blue bottle coffee.
Better than expected!
Everything about this place is A-OK. Service was not the best, but seriouly.. what do you expected. It's a Chinese own Japanese restaurant, which means everything is so sauce-y. I had a salmon roll and a tiger roll, not the most fresh salmon...yet pretty tasty.
They pop open the door during dinner hour, and IT WAS SUPER COLD. So we went to close the door and of course they ask us what we were doing. We told them it's cold, so they 'let' us close the door.
Okay food, okay service... 3 stars!
***keep in mind I was hungry tho' (LOL)
Most worthy fine dining. They care about their customers, I have never been treated so nicely at a restaurant before.
It was a great 2.5 hours dining experience. I had a 4 course meal.
1. Risotto with Lobster, Rock Shrimp, Shimeji Mushrooms, Asparagus and Peas (Very GOOD, a little too flavory)
2. Seared Sea Scallops with Asparagus-Pea Purée, Pickled Radish, Spring Onions and Sauce Maréchal (PERFECT, the texture and taste was perfect!)
3. Seared Filet of Beef with Yukon Potatoes, Swiss Chard, Roasted Pepper-Eggplant Marmalade and Soy-Mustard Glaze (I ordered medium rare, but it came out medium... I thought it was a little too dry)
4. Baked Chocolate Soufflé with Two Sauces (Not my favorite, my bf ordered the Macaron Ice Cream- that was yummy)
I love the idea of morning after cake- Although I had the nxt day after dinner... it was so good. That kept me thinking of Gary Danko, what a smarty panty idea.
Great place for birthday party for 10 or more people.
We had a party of 10. And I requested a private room for my friend's birthday party. This makes it so much better!
The service was great. A SUPER DUPER friendly Russian waiter.
The price was descents, taken into account we had our own private room.
The food was A-Ok. It tasted like American diner food; I had steak with fries, the seafood was very fishy (dislike). The dessert was good, best part of the dinner.
My boyfriendand I were in Monterey this past weekend for his birthday and belated Valentine's Day Dinner, it was worth the money
"THE WORLD FAMOUS" ABALONE BISQUE - we ordered a bowl, but they were nice and gave us 2 cups.
BASKET OF CALAMARI
STEAK & LOBSTER
SEARED DIVER HARVESTED SCALLOPS
and Lava Cake for dessert.
Everything was very good and big portion. We had a good time. SUper friendly serives.
Next time around, I would like to try Chart House for a fancy dinner @ Monterey.
OMG OMG OMG!!! BESt French Toast I ever HAD. It was so good, I can still taste it.
If you are ever in the Carmel area, you MUST try this place.
Honestly, I will drive 2 hours- on a pretty Sunday, just to go there :)
We order Mix Berries French Toast & dungeness crab eggs benedict! YUM, as I'm writing this review- I'm drooling :p
BTW, CASH ONLY, I was surprise by it- Lukcy I got money with me that day.
My expectation was wayyyyy HIGH, due to so many good reviews on Yelp.
The wrap (skin) of the dumpling is thick and chewy, very good! The meats are okayed, not very juicy. However, you must order to dry beef chow fun (it is so GOOD, just like the one in China.)
Personally, I hate the chicken (I don't like swt favor dinner dish).
Oh, one more thing... I was not full after the first round. So I wanted to order more food. You know what they said? "Umm... let me check with the chief, if you can order more food" wtf -_-
"something like that..."
