I had a recent experience where I called Rooter Ranger to come fix a valve on the toilet in the master bathroom after I accidentally broke it off while trying to turn the water off. I was leaving for a week and it happened the night before. They plumber came out the next day and replaced the valve & the leak but did not fully tighten the screw which caused a very slow leak over the next week which I noticed when I came back. I also noticed the moisture had seeped into my walls & baseboards and I contacted Rooter Ranger immediately. They sent a plumber out right away who told me it was not tightened fully and made sure that it finally was. I asked him if they would be able to replace the baseboards and the plumber called his manager and they sent out a restoration company to do an analysis and dry out the area and are replacing everything at no charge. This is what I call great customer service and i would recommend Rooter Ranger to anyone!!!

Stopped by here as they showed up on my Entertainment Guide and figured I would give it a shot. Be aware they say they were not aware they were on there and made us feel awkward from the start. The restaurant was full with customers but only 1 server. Service was extremely slow and they were not attentive to any table. The food was fair but definitely over priced. Not sure where the 4 stars came from but we will not be returning here.

I found this place on Yelp and it lived up to the great reviews! I had the Vegetarian Spring Rolls and the Classic Banh Mi...Super Fresh and delicious!!! I'll be returning for sure!!! I definitely wanna come back and try the BMB Special and Boba!!!

I must say I was extremely disappointed in my burger and what I thought was onion rings for $2.29...the burger was just ok...I got the regular size bacon cheeseburger which was $5.99 and the gentleman said it was a 1/3 lb which was more like 1/4...The bacon and burger were cooked great but the overall burger felt like a glorified McDonald's burger...I got the onion rings as my side only because the employee who took my order said they were his fav...They are just lightly battered onion straws you see as a burger topper all over the place...I will definitely not be coming back here!!!
