About what one would expect from a conglomerate fast food chain as far as the food quality goes, but what was especially remarkable today was the very poor customer service. I sat outside, and when the employee brought my lunch out and did not bring a fork, she acted almost joyous that she got to tell me that I have to go inside to get my own fork. She will have no future in customer service I'm sure of that.
This was at 2:30 on 11/2/13.
Very friendly staff, and they got me on the schedule (basic tune up of high end road bike) and had the bike done quickly, although one day longer than initially quoted. Everything was done right and I am happy.
It was not a five-star experience, as the parts charge for cables was 100% more than the going rate ($100 instead of the $50 most places will sell the set for), and one brake was suddenly sticky after the work.
I would go back because i think they know what they are doing, but it wasn't a "perfect" experience (something we all strive for). 3.5 Stars.
Food is really good, and the service is prompt and friendly. The salsa is exquisite. The decor is a bit underwhelming but it's better than your Azteca level of restaurant. 3.75 stars. This is a good place to stop in post-MTB riding in Black Diamond.
The lights are nice looking recreations, but the quality does not match the price. I am reminded of this each morning when I look up at my defectively assembled bedroom light.
