What a little gem! The food and the service were great. Had dinner here with my wife and friends and everyone loved everything. I highly recommend you give this place a try next time you're looking for a great meal in Sonoma.
Great food, in a quaint restaurant with friendly service and reasonable prices, what more could you want!
My wife and I loved the place so much we ate breakfast there twice during our week stay in Sonoma. The specials are outstanding and constantly changing. Give this place a try sometime, you won't be disappointed.
Had breakfast here one morning. You order at the counter, get your own coffee, and then pick a table and place your number on it so the server can find you and give you your food.
The food itself was good but the portions seemed rather small. It worked in a pinch, but I doubt I'll be going back.
Both the food and service were great. The ambiance is casually upscale. The flavors they put together are absolutely delicious and I can't wait to go back. I feel quite lucky that The Girl & The Fig we're booked solid until 9:30pm, otherwise I would have never discovered EDK.
Exceeded my wildest expectations!
I've been training at Game Time Strength for a little over three months now and it's been nothing short of life changing. Sounds cliche I know, but I can't think of a better way to describe something that has had such a profoundly positive effect on virtually every aspect of my life. And it's funny to me when I think about it because all I was looking for was someone to help with my free weight form and technique, and what I ended up with was so much more.
When I started with Game Time Strength I was in pretty bad shape and had been for about 25 years. Once I stopped playing high school sports my weight skyrocketed and while I had some temporary success over the years losing some of the weight, once I fell off the proverbial wagon I quickly regained it all back and then some. I went from a high school weight of 165 to a morbidly obese 288. Also, as my weight increased of course my health diminished, and my doctor started to prescribe me more and more medications, and as time passed, in increasingly larger dosages.
Fast forward to November 2011. I was now living in the 250 - 260 weight range and had been for a few years. My body was comfortable there, and regardless of what I did, short of a Herculean effort on my part, I could never lose more than 10 pounds and as had always happened in the past it came back with a vengeance as soon as I gave up on whatever crazy unsustainable diet/workout regime I was attempting. The only good thing that came out of my last attempt was that I stopped all the cardio and started lifting heavy weights, which wasn't exactly making me lighter, but I was holding my own and I kept getting smaller. It was this little glimmer of hope that lifting heavy was doing some good that led me to seek out a trainer I could trust to help me with my form and technique, and that's how I met Jason.
In the three months I've been a Game Time Strength client I've lost 30 pounds (219 today) and seven inches off my waist, all while dramatically increasing my strength across my entire body. Also, my doctor has taken me off several medications and reduced the dosages for all the others. He also told me that by the end of July I should be done with prescription medication altogether, so long as I continue doing what I'm doing.
And what I've been doing is a lot of strength and condition work with Jason along with changing my eating habits so that they fall in line with the Game Time Strength Nutrition Plan. A nutrition plan that I wasn't looking for and didn't even know existed, but has complete changed the way I eat now and forever. Thanks to Jason, I not only have the template for how I will be eating the rest of my life, but I also now have the nutritional knowledge that has empowered me to such a point that I know with absolute certainty that I will not only achieve all my health and fitness goals, but I will far surpass them and in a much shorter time frame than I ever thought possible.
Which reminds me of one other thing I want to mention, and that's the atmosphere when working out at Game Time Strength. My results are not unique among Game Time Strength clients. After several months of observation and talking to others that have been with Game Time Strength for a year or more it seems that regardless of whether you're male or female, seven to 70, if you show up for your training sessions and follow the nutrition program you get the same results. So as you might imagine, when the people working out around you are all living the same dream and experiencing the same kinds of successes it makes for a very positive and supportive environment.
So I guess it goes without saying that I couldn't more strongly recommend that you contact Jason at Game Time Strength and schedule an appointment for a free assessment. Hopefully I'll see you there.
