Clockwise Escape's 'Back to Childhood' themed room exceeded all expectations! From the moment we met Danielle, the manager and host, her enthusiasm and attentiveness set the stage for an unforgettable experience. The room itself was a masterpiece of nostalgia, seamlessly blending music, cartoons, and beloved childhood elements like cassette tapes and arcade games. We were utterly captivated from start to finish, with our hearts racing as we tackled each crafty puzzle and unlocked countless locks. The room's delightful challenges kept us on our toes, proving more intricate than anticipated. While we suggest a slight increase in difficulty rating to align with the room's true complexity, it was still possible for a team of two of us to escape in under one hour. Back to Childhood provided the perfect backdrop for a fun date night. Thank you, Clockwise Escape and Danielle, for a magnificent adventure!
We're very excited to have a place in downtown Livermore serve Taiwanese cuisine. Each bite of our beef noodle soup, beef rolls, crispy dumplings, and eggplant rice bowl transported us to Taipei and left a symphony of flavors tingling our tastebuds. In addition to delicious food, Octable offers outstanding service. Our appetizers arrived hot and fresh, within minutes of us placing our order at the front counter. Dinner arrived while we were still devouring our dumplings. The self-serve water and utensils station enabled grab-and-go convenience, and the servers and chefs greeted us with enthusiasm & attentiveness. We look forward to our next meal at Octable!
A few weeks after our underwhelming attempt in the Wizard room, one of the Limitless managers replied and agreed to give us a second chance without any additional charge. This time, all puzzles functioned properly and we were able to enjoy a full and fair escape experience. Thank you, Tracy, for letting us redeem ourselves! We also want to thank the engineers of the Wizard room for improving the quality of the puzzles and repairing the previously broken sensors.
BLUF: The Wizard room was a disappointing experience, and we would not recommend it to others.
We arrived on a Friday evening hoping to join the Bank Heist, but since it was occupied by a group of screaming teenagers, we opted for the Wizard School. The host was friendly & polite, and during our orientation, he emphasized that the puzzles are mental and not physical, requiring no more than a light touch (no need for brute force or physical strength) to solve. We breezed through 3 puzzles within the first 10 minutes. The fourth puzzle took about 5 minutes to solve. However, due to the insensitive and, at times, completely unresponsive sensors, we wasted another 20 minutes attempting to advance the malfunctioning puzzle to no avail. We pressed with more and more force (well beyond a "light touch"), and we were forced to restart the puzzle again and again. We also repeatedly called for help from the host, but our multiple requests were ignored.
Apparently at some point, our host ended his shift and a new host took over, which may explain the delay/lapse in response. Eventually, the new host provided a hint and then entered the room to notify us that we could ignore the reset timer. When it was clear to our new host that the puzzle was having technical problems, she manually released the next clue for us. The host admitted she was aware that there was an issue with one of the sensors, but didn't offer any consolation aside from a verbal apology. By the time we made it to the final section of the room, our 60 minute timer expired.
Even though no one had booked the Wizard room after us, the host refused to allow us any additional time since she needed to reset the room for the next potential customers. If we were decent hosts, we would have immediately contacted the owner to have the puzzle repaired and the room restored to an operational state before inviting more guests to pay full price for an underwhelming & frustrating experience.
Unfortunately the company offers no refunds, discounts, or vouchers. At the very least, customers should be assured that every puzzle is consistently functional so we can enjoy a full and fair experience. The Wizard room was one of the least enjoyable Escape Rooms we have experienced, and we would not recommend it to others.

What sets Monica apart is not just her skill but her genuine care for her clients. Throughout the massage, she consistently checked in to ensure the pressure was just right, making my comfort her top priority.
The ambiance of the room added to the overall relaxation. It was impeccably clean, smelled like fresh laundry, and the soothing piano music playing in the background transported me to a state of pure serenity.
After the 60-minute session, I felt completely rejuvenated. My tight neck and shoulders were relieved of tension. Monica's professionalism, combined with her warm demeanor, created an exceptional massage experience. If you're in need of relaxation and relief, I'd highly recommend Monica at the Springtown Day Spa.
Dr. Tiu and his staff provide exceptional dental cleaning services. I have been a patient at Vasco Dental for over 12 years and I am always pleased with the results after my routine cleaning. Dr. Tiu and his assistants are extremely attentive and friendly, and they make you feel like part of their family. They take great care in cleaning your teeth thoroughly, without injuring your gums. Even when things don't go according to plan (e.g. retainer mold breaks or does not fit), they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with their service (e.g. take the time to make another mold and custom fit/adjust the retainer to fit as perfectly as possible). I highly recommend Vasco Dental for a hygienic and quick cleaning experience.
