DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! The owner of Footgear discriminates against many different types of people. If you want any type of help or to purchase shoes this is NOT THE RIGHT STORE!
We were REFUSED service at this store because we told the owner that we once shopped online. If you have EVER shopped online, do not go to this store. The owner Richard is rude, arrogant, and cruel. I love to support local businesses, but this type of man makes me want to shop online to avoid nasty treatment. I have never been treated so badly in my entire life.
We used Summit for our mortgage on our new home. They made the process extremely difficult and not enjoyable. We worked primarily with Aaron and would not recommend him to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience. Our mortgage almost did go through a couple of times because of mistakes of their end. Our phone calls were not returned and our issues were not addressed. We were not treated with any respect. Working with Summit (especially Aaron) was stressful and aggravating.
I have had some good experiences at this comedy club, but gave it two stars because of the horrible customer service from the OWNER of the club. I tried to speak with him about concerns I had and he was very rude to my husband and I.
The service there is definitely lacking. It is hard to order drinks and food. The wait staff does not seem very attentive. I attempted to address this with the owner, and now I know why the wait staff does not care about customer satisfaction.
I will not longer go here because of how rude the owner is. I do not want to support a business where customers are treated disrespectfully. If you go to this club, expect some laughs depending on the comedian, but no service.
Lisa is fabulous! You can tell she really cares about all of her clients. She takes her time and talks to you about your skin. She also makes everyone feel very comfortable.
great service and great food! one of our favorite things to do in the summer is walk around old town lansing and have lunch at Pablos outside. everyone who works there is so friendly and the breakfast burritos are fantastic!
Awful!! The service was terrible but most importantly the food was not even edible. The chicken fettucini alfredo was one of the WORST things I have ever tasted in my entire life. It tasted like tar. I think it was because of the nasty chicken in it. We told the waittress and she just said, "o thats weird" and walked away. DO NOT GO HERE!! I am not sure why there are mixed reviews on here, but it is HORRIBLE.
We had a horrible experience. When we checked in they did not have us in the computer at all and insisted we were at the wrong place, even though I had my confirmation e-mail stating I was at the right location. They finally found it and after rude service we were checked in. Our room was supposed to be a larger room and when we checked in it was standard, so the manager moved us to a "larger" room (so she said), yet when we got there it was the SAME EXACT ROOM!! So we stayed in the original room.
Room was NOT CLEAN at all, definitely not up to Westin Standards. Hair on the floor and stains on the sheets. Since it is winter we did not have control of the temperature in our room so the room was WAY TOO HOT!! We slept horribly because of it and also because the pillows are so old and flat that it feels like no pillow at all.
About the pet policy, it is horrible and rediculous. You are allowed to bring pets but you can not leave them in the room alone AT ALL!! They did not tell us this when we booked the room. It does not even make sense..how do you go to breakfast or go do activities?
Also, the elevators suck and you have to use a key every time you get in which is super inconvenient.
Lastly, the pool and hot tub suck. It is so warm and muggy in the area we could barely breathe. The pool is only 3 feet deep and really small, so there is not much room for much of anything. It is also really hot in the pool.
One more thing..whoever said something about fried macaroni is incorrect because they do not even serve those here. You can find a way better hotel for your money! Dont stay here!
PS. I payed $15 extra for internet, and while I was writing this review it went out again.
Hansons did our windows last month and I am not satisfied with the work they did. They did not respect our home and ruined our brand new comforter and white suede couch while installing the windows. They also scratched our freshly painted walls and left the house a mess when they left. They even did a horrible job wrapping the windows and left drip marks. More importantly, the customer service was horrible. The managers were rude and were not helpful at all. I was treated so disrespectfully by these people. They talked down to me, were sarcastic, and refused to even try and see my point of view. They ended up giving us a $500 discount on a $6,000 window job! This is ridiculous. That will not even cover our couch and comforter! I do not recommend this company and I would seriously advise you to use any other company. Besides the awful work, a company should not be able to talk to horribly to customers.
