I got rear ended and brought my car to Frisco to get fixed. It evident from the work done on my car that a lot of care was taken into it. They even cleaned the ube milk spill that was on my passenger seat! Highly recommend them.

I really enjoyed our trip to Castello di Amorosa. My boyfriend and I really weren't expecting to like it just because we either hear good things about it or we hear "meh...it's just a castle". We actually left surprised that we liked it so much.

We did the cheese and wine pairing tour and while the tour was cool and our tour guide was awesome (I can't remember here name now and I even told myself to remember her name...grrrrrr) I wished we hadn't paid so much for the tour. Lol....I'm not a fan of cheese but my boyfriend loves it and even he said he could have done without the cheese. What was cool though was the tasting. Although there was a pre-set list of wines we were going to get with our cheeses, our group had 3 couples in it so with some of the cheeses, she'd bring out 2 different wines to pair with that cheese so one person could try one wine and the other could try the other. Ultimately in the end we got to taste maybe 10 different wines. At the end I asked if we were allowed to sample something on the wine list that wasn't part of our tasting and our guide happily let me sample something and I ended up buying 2 bottles of it (the La Fantasia...such a cute name!).

Next time we come we may just do the guided tour and tasting because being able to explore the castle with a tour guide was pretty awesome. We got to see grapes being processed and we got to see the innards of the castle. Being in the armory room made me feel like I was in the Lord of the Rings LOL!

For anyone coming to Napa, I think this place is a pretty awesome place to come too but I suggest just the regular tour and not the more expensive ones. They're not really worth it...

So I've come here a couple times now. The first time was just by chance because it was pouring rain outside and the group I was with had been walking around downtown Napa and the second time was because my boyfriend and I needed to get dinner. I remember from the first time that their dipping sauce for their bread was a huge winner for my boyfriend and friends so I figured it'd be cool to go back here.

The food here is pretty good. The last two times I've eaten here I've gotten linguine frutti de mare. It comes with clams, shrimp, mussels, and salmon (well...the menu says salmon but the last time I went they had ran out of salmon). It's a pretty tasty dish and it's a pretty good portion. My boyfriend got the filet mignon this last time which I thought was good but I only had a bite. He liked it but after awhile he was tired of the texture of it which is no fault of the restaurant. Lol...he's just not a filet mignon fan. We also got carpaccio which we had never had before and decided to be adventurous this trip. It was alright...lol.

The service was a little slow here. I noticed that the couple next to us got their food pretty much within 10 minutes of ordering while we were waiting maybe 20 minutes for our food to come out. There was a table behind us that ordered after us and got their food before we did. I'm not sure if maybe it was because we had gotten an appetizer and so they figured they could take their time or if maybe they were just slow. When we were done it took awhile for our server to even notice that we were all done and then it took forever to get the check too.

I'd still come back here even though their service is slow but I doubt it'd be my first choice of places to come to.

Ummmmmm....wtf....how have I not been to this place sooner on my trips to Napa?! The food here is freaking awesome. My boyfriend and I came here on our last day of our mini vacation and holy moly it was amazing! Like I can't wait to go back to Napa to eat there again.

So we started out with their bruschetta and I got the cream of tomato soup and omg....the tomato soup was freaking bomb. I don't normally eat cream of tomato soups but for some reason I just really wanted soup this day. Now I'm straight up craving this soup. The bruschetta was good but I really didn't wanna eat it so I had my boyfriend finish it lol.

For our entrees I ordered the linguine which came with shrimp, mussels, and clams and my boyfriend had the pasta diablo. Both dishes were delicious. There was enough for us to save it for the next day too. The linguine had tons of clams and mussels so it was totally worth it for the price ($22).

The staff here was SUPER friendly and attentive. The restaurant is a bit small so coming here with a small group is probably optimal. I seriously can NOT wait to come back here when we go back to Napa. Highly recommended!

I've come to V. Sattui a couple of times now and both experiences have been awesome. The staff here is really friendly and very knowledgable. They have a good selection of wines both reds and whites which is great for my boyfriend and I since he's more into reds and I like whites. It costs $20 for 5 tastes which is awesome and on this past trip we used their 2 for 1 check in deal. Take note that it can only be used on the weekdays but it's worth it to pay the full $20 per person. They have lots of spots for people to do tastings which is great for the weekends.

They have a deli too which is cool. The food is good and they have a huge selection of cheeses and they even have a little case of desserts. Theirs picnic tables all around the property so if you buy something from the deli area you can go outside to eat.

The ambiance here is pretty laid back and is definitely worth a visit when you go to Napa.
