The place has a great location and easy parking. It goes up-and-down depending on what's going on that day. Fundamentally the management sucks. There always understaffed, always run out of food, and occasionly thw trash is over flowing..

The service is very disorganized and rude.. some of the people there are great.. But the management does not take this job seriously at all... They can actually make a killing because they can be super busy but yet o's running out of food..
I go there because my colleagues want to from there all the time... Otherwise ellent recommended at all

Menu - tailored to the business segment, so not so exciting as the Sunnyvale loco, but amazing and good...

Parking and access - very good...

The equipment works great, there's plenty of everything.. Very well organized, laid out perfect, but the men's room is disgusting.. Women shower do not work, very old, lunch our section does not have a nozzle, and it does not have a faucet handle.. Theres clumps of hair everywhere, the place is not cleaned regularly.. There's a lot of bad smell in there, unlike other gyms.. The men's room is just disgusting there's no excuse for what so ever

It is in the mall - so expectation should not be high BUT
1- not too clean, maybe due to the large traffic
2- Noisy and super busy
3. Service - not so great, not friendly, and rushed
