Getting delivery sacrifices quality, but I never expected to get Thanksgiving leftovers.

I've went to HCT for years and our order was just atrocious. The mac and cheese was dry and burnt, the chicken was primarily bone and skin and they even skimped on the ranch (barely half the small cup filed). Pretty sure the bread was stale too (and that's even after soaking up the hot sauce from the chicken.

Again, I don't have super high expectations for quality with most Delbert orders, but this literally looked and tasted like reheated Thanksgiving leftovers. However, it arrived at a good temperature. So... that's a small win I guess.

Enjoyable Pizza (better than many of the chains), longer wait time and average pricing.

Pizza and Cheese bread were really good and I definitely recommend if you haven't tried before. Pepperonis have the nice crisp laid upon a blanket of cheese and a thin-ish crust. The cheese bread takes more cheese than bread (:

It seems like they are understaffed and under stocked. When I went on a Friday evening, they were working skeleton crew and were talking of closing early because they were out of supplies, which cause an added 30 minutes to the additional wait time.

Overall, still a decent experience and a good pizza for a pizza night!

Great carry out lunch option with fantastic subs!

Purchased two Steak "Bombs" and was pleasantly surprised with how good they were. In fact, I would say that they were AWEsome! What differentiates them from other "cheesesteak" subs? The freshness. The bread is similar to that of Jimmy John's with its soft inside and lightly baked outside. The steak seems super fresh and not greasy at all. Between the toppings, bread and fresh steak, this definitely offers a good lunch sub option. The string fries are great too with a light fried taste with a soft crunch.

I purchased these via the drive thru, but I would recommend doing carry out. The space is tight quarters for larger vehicles and you'll still have to wait a little longer due to the freshness they aim for (ie they stated that it would be 8 mins once I made my order). The gentlemen who served me was super nice and gave me background of the location.

It can be a bit pricey since fries and drinks are sold separate, but comparable to combos of other like-kind sub places.

I would definitely recommend giving this place a shot. We will go back.

Kid-friendly: Dine In - unsure; kid-friendly food - absolutes

Our order: Sunrise, Sammy, Latina Sandwich and Pancake Balls (no filling).

The pancake balls were so moist (yes, I said it) and flavorful. The entire family enjoyed them. Out of the two sandwiches, the Sunrise is the optimal choice the blend of flavors just mesh so well together and feel like something you wouldn't order at another restaurant. The price can be a bit of a deterrent, but based on the quality (and supporting local), you won't regret it.
