Keep in mind I was here in Sept when few were here but mostly enjoyed my stay, rooms are small but well appointed and a/c worked good, very clean, staff very attentive and most staying seemed to be from Europe but that is generally a good thing as I find them quieter than many Americans, really!
They have a cabana bar and bartender was very friendly and attentive, resort has a small beach area and chairs is very peaceful, parking is very good, get a top floor room for the view that is great and also avoid listening to anyone above you, overall a nice resort, when I was there it was going through renovation but it wasn't a problem and they most certainly let guests know repairs are going on.
I did have a problem with jerks slamming doors very late into the night, casually mentioned this to the manager and she was very responsive to compensating for the situation without any discussion, the staff and management are very focused on customers and this is not always the case in Florida.
Food is very good but pricey staff is very attentive anf friendly bar tender is a jerk he was very condescending towards staff and customers we indicated beer wad flat and he simply laughed it off idon't beef this as a customer
great happy hour, food is very good, staff is relaxed and attentive, this is a local bar-restaurant and there is smoking at the bar area for all the local, coconut shrimp is excellent, one drawback is the @#$%^ barking dogs the evening I was there with my date, very annoying and didn't add a thing to the evening, they have this patio and locals and tourists bring their dogs (leave them at home!!!!, this is a restaurant not Petco) only response was that people should keep the dogs quiet, right, and people should do this and that but they don't.
Mixed review, dental work performed ended fine but: the staff for the most part was attentive and personal, the dentist had no interpersonal skills and avoided any conversation about one's problem or eye contact, the office was clean and modern, the cost of care was somewhat off the charts, I went in on a Sunday, granted you pay a premium of $150 up front just to get in the door, but the cost of the work on one tooth ended up over $1000, you are a captive audience and have not much else choice, while in the waiting room I heard just about all patients talk about their upcoming and previous costs (follow up visit). I'm rating this a two but could have been a 3 or 4 if the dentist was a little more communicative, personal, and discussed options and the costs were reasonable and sedation was less severe (read below). Oh, I forgot to mention I was charged $8 for 8 oz of H2O (yes that is water and I'm sure all patents get this screwing on their bill)
I must mention that I felt I was totally overly sedated. At about 1 pm I was given sedation via pills under tongue, I couldn't remember coming out of being sedated, leaving the office, talking to anyone (and I did), getting in the car, or even getting in the house and going to bed, I was totally out of it, total blank on memory of events from 1 pm until around 10 pm that evening. I've had molars extracted before and sedated and woke up after procedure and could have actually walked out the office and drove (but didn't), this was way over the top and I wonder why?
Nothing special beer was on flat slide and expensive a yuengling pint was $5 really no bargain burger just average and also on expensive side this place was recently remodeled but misses being bright and cheerful not much else downtown to choose from but I don't see this place offering anything new that the previous place that went out of business did
I have been going to this location for the past six year, the staff was very cordial and attentive, the food was good, and the beer of quality. Just got back from an awful experience. The bee was flat, the bar flies seemed to enjoy it but there was foam and no carbonation, the bar tender has no idea what flat beer was, the beer sucked, the food was below the quality of past years I visited this place, what has happened to this place, also the staff was less than friendly, in the past they were always genuinely friendly, not pretentious, now the group was just flat and not smiling at all, for a beef of brady's this place was poor, go to the one in the Englewood area and get a beer that is fresh
Unfortunately, I've been to too many emergency rooms. The staff at this hospital were less than courteous at times and communication with the patient is in need of improvement. Checking in and out was fine. The ER doctor seem more robotic than analytical and inquisitive and that broke down communication that is so important in an ER room. Side note, this hospital has too many dogs coming and going and those in charge of the animals could care less if someone could be allergic to dog dander. The dogs are in rooms of patients whether you like it or not and you could occupy a room that just had a dog in it and if you react to dog hair/dander what type of care is this. (won't even comment on how sanitary this practice is). Go to another nearby hospital like Littleton Adventist. I've been to this hospital in the past but things have changed.
Unfortunately, I've been to too many emergency rooms. The staff at this hospital were courteous, caring, and competent and excelled in communicating with the patient. Care was prompt and attentive and the whole process of checking in, care administered, and processing out was efficient. The staff excelled at communication.
Great location, friendly and attentive staff, unfortunately they have little to work with, food is bland, the fish and chips very average, Quesadilla was bland, someone needs to learn how to add spice to the food, food is not inexpensive either so one expects more, has a few TV's and they carry all sports and will change the channel for you, the interior needs to brighten up, location is great, beer is cold and actually carbonated, local brews are offered, the management is blessed with great staff but the staff is cursed with poor food and ambiance.
I've tried other Polish restaurants in Denver and they were poor at best. The food here is authentic and simply delicious, I used a promotion coupon and no problems encountered, the schnitzel and kielbasa platters were excellent and the pierogies were the best ever, can't say anymore, they have a great selection of beer, the setting is very relaxed and the restaurant is clean, the dining area is upstairs and bar and TV's on first floor, the crowd is very urban and friendly and the wait staff attentive and responsive, I give this place a thumbs up and will be returning
