Refused to be served!
Lined up at Hörnum requested to Book 2 different day trips. Was asked in a very rude manner to move aside because he wanted to check in passengers from the 12 o clock ship.
We waited 20 minutes and asked if we could purchase the tickets again and was told " I am not selling you any ticket for any other tour , you can leave ! I also shouldn't be giving you any tour information please leave I don't have time for you"
I am a tourist in Sylt asking for tickets and information at your TiCKET COUNTER. Dear management where I am suppose to do this?
Was your employee lacking of training or is it a normal thing to discriminate non German ,white nor blond tourists? Is it normal to snap on a customer that would like to book a tour without any explanation?
Do you hate foreigners or families?

We are very sorry for the situation you described, but we are sure there must have been some sort of a misunderstanding. First of all, I would like to point out that we do not discriminate foreigners in any way. In fact we do have a very international and divers staff.
During the last days the counter in Hörnum has been exceptionally busy. I hope you can understand that in such situations our staff might serve people first, who want to board the next ship. This of course is no excuse for any rude or disrespectful behaviour. We are sincerely sorry that you did not feel well treated by our employee! We also contacted you by private message to inquire further on this incedent.
