Best Western Plus Welcome Hotel Frankfurt

Spitzenhotel für eine Städtreise. Sauber, modern und gutes Frühstücksbueffet.
Die Lage ist gut (mit Bus und Tram in 15 Minuten in der Stadt/Bahnhof), für das Auto gibt es genug kostenlose Parkplätze um das Hotel herum. Einzig die Rezeption wirkte unfreundlich, schlecht gelaunt und fahrig da gibt es noch Potential. Auch der Teppichboden im Bereich der Aufzüge (Speisesaal) war recht fleckig. Fazit:
Absolute Städtereisehotelempfehlung mit kleinen Abstrichen.

Pretty nice mid range business hotel. Room was small but modern and clean. Breakfast buffet and bar/restaurant were decent too.

I have been here for a few days and I am facing some issues. One, the AC is very bad and hot. It's like fan only!!!
Two, the refrigerator is too cold too.
Three, the room services are not good. Because they clean the only in trash bags only, but not the bags near out the can because it's full.
Four, when i asked for plate and spoon for my personal breakfast, they take it back after they clean the room. When i need it i have to ask them again and come down to them and west more time to take it.
Five, yesterday and today the room services did not put shampoo in my room. "The can is empty"!!!!!
The hotel looks not bad but the negative stuff are a bit too much to stay in. If i can refund my money and continue my two weeks vacation in another hotel i would do it.
Over all the hotel not recommended.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff are knowledgable, friendly, curteous and correct. Rooms look very very nicely designed, clean, new and the beds are of very decent quality. Bathrooms same. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any of my friends. Location: great for the messe, not so great for city center (which is where I had to be).

We had a big rental truck. Turned out it wouldnt fit in the garage. No problems for the staff: we were allowed to park it outside under guard of the hotel cameras. Very thoughtful.
